I am currently in this hotel.
The hotel and all the infrastructure is very good, although the last renovation was in 2012.
I do not recommend this hotel to Russians. This hotel is still focused more on the Germans. 90% are Germans and Poles, and of advanced age.
The attitude of the staff towards the Russians is bad. They may pretend not to notice or hear you. Not all of course, but almost the entire staff. The mini-bar in the room was not updated for 2 days in a row, until I reported this to the reception. Waiters and bartenders ignore requests, pretending to be busy. But when a request is from foreigners, they immediately run and fuss, ready to lick. Russians are not smiled at all here.
Tidying in the rooms every day, but the floor is not washed or washed very poorly. Dried drops on the floor did not go anywhere during the entire stay.
If, God forbid, you want to sleep during the day, you will not be able to do this, even if you turn on the do not disturb light bulb. Of course, no one will break into the room, but the cleaners in the neighboring rooms and the corridor rattle as if they are throwing dumbbells.
The switches in the room turn on and off in different directions and are mixed up. If the shower is on the left, it will be turned off by the right toilet switch. For some, of course, this is not important, but for me, as an electrician and for a hotel of this level, it is not acceptable.
Wi-Fi in the room constantly crashes and slows down.
There is practically no animation in the hotel. Everywhere is quiet like in a nursing home. You go outside the territory and rejoice at how music flows in neighboring hotels, everyone jumps, dances and has fun. There are no hangouts near the hotel. The center where all traffic passes is 7 km. Not very convenient if you want to explore the surroundings.
The food and alcohol seemed good to me, but I talked to the Germans who have been going to this hotel for 6 years in a row, they said that it got much worse and they would not come here again.
The beach is good sandy, but the sea is not very clean.
The hotel is not suitable for young people. I would call a boarding house for people over 60.
