We rested at the beginning of June 2018. The hotel has just opened. I will not talk about imperfections - this is normal in a newly built hotel. The main disadvantages are a dismissive attitude towards Russians. The main focus is on the Germans. The same attitude and at the reception. They can interrupt the conversation with you if the Germans approached with a question. You will wait until they finish talking with them and solve their problems. We arrived at night, at 21-00. The manager immediately said that there was only one free room (!! ) on the first floor, where an industrial air conditioner operates under the balcony so that noise can be heard in the room when the balcony is closed. At the same time, we paid for a room with a sea view, which already implies a floor above the 3rd (given the distance from the sea and proximity to other hotels). After looking at the room, we said that it was not possible to live like this for 14 days. The manager immediately offered to pay 150 euros (!! ) for relocation to a room on the 5th floor. . One night we spent the night under the noise of the air conditioner. In the morning we raised the problem to the hotel manager. In the afternoon we were moved to a room on the 4th floor.... The sediment also remained because the next day we realized that the hotel was only 1/3 full and there were plenty of free rooms. The hotel obviously saved money on food. Perhaps this is the first time, since the hotel is just open. There were no blankets in any of the rooms (surprised that no one else wrote about this). It was proposed to sleep under a prickly bedspread without a duvet cover. When asked about blankets, we were told that it was already so hot. All 14 nights we slept under bathrobes, so comfortable. Air conditioning works by the hour (!! ). And this is in a 5 star hotel? This meant that during the day, after returning from the beach, you can not always use it, and at night, at 12 o'clock, it is generally turned off until the morning. Sleep stuffy. In the end, decide for yourself, but I definitely will not return to this hotel.
