We arrived on 27.08 in the evening, before dinner. The check-in had to wait a bit, because they were preparing a room for us. But in about an hour we were settled. We really liked the room at once - not big or small, the bed is beautiful, and the furniture in general. The only nuance is that the doors in the closet slid in one direction, but they were simply installed incorrectly. The refrigerator in the room was, but, as it turned out, not working. There was a balcony with a table and 3 chairs. The bathroom is quite a spacious shower (our room was 310, and, for example, 107, I saw, much closer), everything is clean, clean. There was always liquid soap in the dispenser and left a supply of toilet paper.
Of the negative nuances in the room was another curtain with torn loops, which did not close because of them, but it was repaired in a day at our request. There was also a nuance with air conditioning, but also repaired on first request.
We cleaned the room every day, towels and bed linen were changed for us every day, because we were with a 3-year-old child who likes to drink or eat, sitting on the bed)) but on arrival we were given only 2 pillows, one blanket. which came in handy only in the morning sometimes) and 2 sets of towels (small and large, no legs). However, things quickly improved when I approached Alina and asked about it. The next day we changed our towels and already lost the normal amount, including for the feet (but the last days for the feet were not again). Minus: not all rooms had good air conditioning, so some were given a good fan.

As for the sea: unrealistically gorgeous sea with a gorgeous sandy bottom! The beach will attract three people, because the sunbeds and umbrellas are quite worn out, but always clean, there is a shower, changing room-toilet, bar for a fee. The number of sunbeds is not very large, especially considering that people from several hotels have a rest on this beach.
But if you come / arrive at 9-9.30, you can find a place in peace, about 10 is more problematic. And another nuance surprised: the Slavs all on the beach are sent to ordinary sunbeds, and, for example, the Germans, I saw, spend on the best, newer or under cover)) p-racism ? ? ? ?
To the beach on foot 15-20 minutes, there is a bus (small), which runs infrequently: from the hotel at 9.30, 10.30 and at 13.45, and back at 13 and about 17 (I do not remember). When you walk forward - normal, and back in the hottest time of day is difficult to go, especially a child, but we went? ?
Food: good for three. The only thing that the owner seems to save on fruit, because they are not always available. But there are always plenty of vegetables, everything is fresh and delicious. There is always meat for lunch and dinner, usually of two kinds. Chicken is eaten all the time - then smoked drumsticks, then fillet in pieces in sauce, then fillet in breadcrumbs, nuggets, stewed crumbs with vegetables. There are almost no fish - only once were delicious fish cakes (which is strange for a sea country).
There are always several types of side dishes. For lunch and dinner there is always puree soup, specific Turkish, but my son almost always ate. Unreal delicious and always fresh bread. Coffee and juice drinks are available 24 hours a day.
For breakfast there are several types of cheese (delicious), vegetables, boiled eggs and almost always grease omelets. There are also species from 5 different jams. Everyone fills salads to their liking, the oil is in bowls with scoops. Sometimes there was a sour cream sauce, as I understood. Minus: no dairy products at all and no cereals, rolls, etc.
Bar with carbonated drinks and alcohol, standard, from 10 to 22.
The pool is cleaned almost daily. The slide in the pool worked every day until 16-17 o'clock.

Staff: a huge plus of this hotel! Very nice and friendly people - from the CEO (especially I want to note) to the cleaners. Everyone smiles, greets, helps when needed, always asks how things are, etc.
Administrator Alina is also a good person - she solves all the nuances whenever possible (sometimes you need to be reminded again, because there are a lot of guests in the hotel and that's why sometimes she forgets about something). The staff has a special attitude towards children - they are ready to do anything for them (for us, for example, every morning they warmed the milk I bought for porridge, and on the last day after eviction, the director general gave us a free room so we could be there. child before departure to the airport).
The only unpleasant character on the territory is the informant Valya, who insistently offered everyone additional services such as hammams (which, in fact, not hammams, because in the basement of the hotel, not a separate building with an oval dome, as it should be), which we do not wear in general.
There is no animation as such, only a few times in the evening the daughter of the same Valya did something similar for children.
The hotel area is small but compact and beautiful, lots of greenery and flowers, bananas grow, one at our arrival was with fruit, but then they were cut and put to ripen.
Within 10-15 minutes from the hotel shops, supermarkets, banks, McDonald's and cheap against our LC Waikikki (I bought a chic dress there for $ 12, we have at least 25 would cost). Also within walking distance of the Ancient Side - unrealistically beautiful ruins of the ancient city!

In short, if you are unpretentious to food and understood, love to walk - feel free to choose this hotel - you will not regret it! There are small disadvantages, but they are offset by many advantages.
