Ordinary city hotel. Located in the village of Kumkoy. The hotel does not have its own territory. There is a purely nominal small pool. The rooms are small. The walls in the room are dirty. Cleaning is done every other day and consists of mopping and changing towels. Hygiene products: one liquid soap dispenser in the shower and one near the washbasin. Air conditioning is free and works. If you want it to cool better, do not be too lazy to wash the filters. Our room had two beds, a large one and a small one, which is practically standard for Turkey.
The hotel operates on a half board basis. Breakfast and dinner are served on the terrace next to the bar. The choice of dishes is limited (compared to Egypt, you can say that there is no choice at all). Almost always french fries and some kind of soup. Bulgur or pasta, rice, meat or stewed vegetables with gravy, boiled eggs or scrambled eggs. Once there was a chicken. There are no fish or seafood at all. A good selection of ready-made salads, cheese, sausage, olives. From fruit, watermelon was given for almost every meal. The choice of food is small, but the food itself is really tasty and we had enough of this choice so as not to pile on a full plate, as on All inclusive in the same Egypt. Drinks for breakfast are free. You can choose tea bags or mediocre coffee from the machine. For dinner, all drinks are paid, so we usually went to the supermarket before dinner and bought a bottle of water. At the hotel, a 1.5l bottle of plain water costs 10 lire. Near the hotel (three minutes walk) recently opened a Mall of Dream supermarket, where a bottle of water costs 2.50 lire. If you go to the Carrefour supermarket (two stops on a dolmush), the same 1.5l bottle costs 1.50 lire.
About coffee. Do not repeat our mistake and do not order "Turkish coffee" directly at the hotel. They will bring you a glass of instant Nescafe for 20 lira. Within walking distance from the hotel there are several cafes and restaurants with an abundance of seats. The menu and prices are about the same, you can choose any. On our way to the beach, we accidentally came across the Golden Fizz restaurant and we went into it almost every day for a cup of coffee. This is a really small cup (30 or 50 ml) and really brewed delicious coffee. Particularly pleased is the serving of this cup of hot coffee with a glass of cold water. In the heat after the beach, this is a separate pleasure. We paid 10 lira for this pleasure.

The road to the nearest beach takes 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace. The coastline is divided by a dotted line into sections: a hotel beach with security and everything necessary, the so-called "wild" beach without security and other things, again a hotel beach, etc. On a wild beach, you lie on your towels. On the hotel beach you can rent a sun lounger with a mattress and an umbrella for 1-2 euros. Changing room, toilet and shower are free of charge. The beach itself is beautiful: sand (however, after 10 am it is impossible to stand on it barefoot), a beautiful entry into the sea with a very gradual increase in depth, clean clear water and the same clean sand at the bottom with a minimum of stones. Sometimes some small, but rather aggressive fish swim at a shallow depth (sometimes they bite).
In addition to the beach within walking distance, you can visit the so-called private beach Orient Apart Hotel. The shuttle picks you up from your hotel at 10 am and from the beach at 5 pm. The main problem is that in August it is simply impossible to be even in the shade after 12 pm, but here you simply have to wait for a transfer. Sun loungers on the beach are installed under stationary canopies. Nearby is a summer restaurant where you can sit and eat or order a cold beer delivery directly to the sun lounger. A small bottle of Efes will cost you 35 lire. The same bottle in the Mall of Dream costs 14.50 lire. There is a shower near the restaurant.
Finally, I will say that it makes sense to buy a tour to this hotel only if the price is low and only for the sake of the sea. It was one of the best beaches in all our years of travel to Turkey and Egypt. And one more thing: we ate watermelon for the whole autumn.
