This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, the first one was 7 years ago. I bought vouchers - I was afraid to be disappointed, suddenly something would be worse. And I, besides my family, invited 8 more people with me. Arrived. Morning, breakfast, run, legs remember everything. I go to a restaurant - the same dishes as before, the same layout, the same taste - the same chef. I was incredibly pleased.
The food at the hotel is excellent. It makes no sense to describe - they feed all day on the beach and in the hotel. We dined almost always on the beach, where the children liked it better, as there was always pizza, breaded fish or chicken, onion rings. Many are interested in soups on the menu. Soup is served for breakfast, lunch and dinner - all soups are delicious, except for this, chicken soup is always on the children's table. Sweets in this hotel is a separate issue. There are always a lot of them, Turkish delight here is the most delicious, cakes and desserts with custard - you can’t come off at all, baklava, cakes, etc. The service in the restaurant is very good, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Purity. If someone dropped something, spilled it, after a minute there is no trace of it, they have already removed it, wiped it off. The chef and his team are to be commended. But, so that the review about them is not completely sugary, I’ll tell you how to improve the kitchen. This is the only flaw that I think can be easily fixed. The layered cheese pie for breakfast was dry and the curd was not melted in it. I hope next time I try this dish in the best version. Most importantly, the restaurant is designed for all visitors to the hotel. That is, when you come to dinner, you don’t have to run around and take a table, there is enough space for everyone. A gala dinner is held once every two weeks. All visitors have dinner, and the owner of the hotel introduces his team.
The management at the hotel is excellent. Any your desire, remark is solved instantly. You don’t need to run after them, to persuade them to pay attention to you, to help. You communicate the essence of your desire and in half an hour they find you, yes, yes, they find you, and report that your issue has been resolved. Aidana and Celine – many thanks.

Those who visit the hotel not for the first time are given a gift - a towel with the hotel logo. Very nice. In other hotels - a vase of fruit and wine. What for? I'll eat it for dinner anyway. A towel with a seal is a very memorable present.
We were offered a cake for our birthday. We refused and asked for the same towels for all children. And they gave us. By the way - we rested in other hotels - more expensive and larger - for my birthday, the same bottle of wine and a vase of fruit, and they also offered a cake... for 40 euros. And here you are really congratulated.
Animators are smart. They do not just go out and work, they try to lure vacationers. Relay on trampolines - they invited a bunch of people there. Everything is easy and simple for children - but adults... Everyone frolicked - we fell, flew away, climbed again.
Our morning started with exercises with animators by the pool, then darts, kids club, shooting. Polo pool, aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, pool dancing. In general, whoever needed to entertain himself, he got everything he wanted.
By name: favorite animator Binnaz. My daughter loved the kids club very much thanks to this perky girl, she, like a lighter - not a second of rest - jumps, dances, plays with children. Binnaz is Russian-speaking and very beautiful, dads are not allowed into the kids club. Kidding. Vanessa is German, calm, the girls complement each other. Children in the club are under good supervision - not a single one will run away, everyone will be handed over to their parents. Meriyam is an Egyptian beauty, as in the picture. She also dances zumba with the resting ladies and leads the aqua. The boys Murat and Kemal will dance and play sports with you, they are very polite and pleasant in communication - both speak Russian well. Murat - he will meet you ten times a day - he will greet you ten times. Kemal is a favorite of little girls, they follow him and dance and swim. Alex - aka Ufuk - thanks for such a team. Seven years ago there was no animation.

The hotel rooms are all clean and well maintained. Every day the master corrected and repaired something in the vacant rooms. No wires dangled anywhere, no water flowed, all taps, sockets and buttons worked. There are no dead rooms where you are lodged in order to be relocated for money. They move from one building to another at your request - suddenly you are noisy or high. They move for free, as the rooms in the building you want are released.
Spa. Everything is quiet, clean, peaceful and calm. The girl from the spa, unfortunately, did not remember her name. The massage is very good, washed us in the hammam is also excellent. Sunburn stuck, as it should) thank you.

The beach is beyond praise. Actually, we returned again to this hotel, knowing that there was a great beach. A wide sandy strip, sand in the sea, no rocks sticking out of the bottom, and no stones. You can't pull children out of the sea. At low tide near the buoys - waist-deep, near the river and behind the buoys knee-deep. Walking along the beach is a pleasure.
Liked everything. Here I will move to another hotel, get a dose of adrenaline from finding a table for dinner, from unkempt rooms, and come back here like home.
