Former Larissa Hotels and Vera Stone Palace Resort. Rested in the first days of opening. Not the first time in Turkey.
A hotel in which at each point there are a lot of some subtleties, malfunctions, constant minor problems or shortcomings. The service is definitely not 5*. About everything in order.
We arrived late at 8 pm, took a long time to check in, the receptionist said that “dinner is at least until 5 am”, but in fact the food was the unfortunate leftovers of chicken and a little broccoli. This is dinner : )

long check-in: 4 families - 1 hour. The standard room for a family was given a small one, felt like a single with 2 single beds, no beds for children. No one reacted to the indignation, it came to communication with the front office manager, Mr. Do? an. The administration representative does not speak English, he speaks only through an interpreter who knows English at an intermediate level. Do?

an offered a spacious 2-room Family for a surcharge, but did not explain where in the Standard they would put an extra bed (most likely in the aisle, and then you have to walk over the heads of the children). At the same time, in other hotels similar to the Standard room, the picture is radically different: 2 large beds and the room is much larger. The word "Family" in the name of the hotel, highlighted in blue, is nothing more than a design: ) I assume that this is a widely practiced scam in Turkey for an additional payment for a Family room.

- the refrigerator is not connected (they spoke 3 times at the reception, but the Turkish managers do not decide anything, they only promise. The refrigerator did not work all 10 days! )

- The air conditioner does not cool well.
Cleaning in the room is mediocre (once the cleaning was on the 3rd day and only after contacting the reception, linen and sheets were not changed for 10 days).

Food:
All food except soups is not signed. Monotonous, without frills, there were no cherries, strawberries, seafood, achma and ayran. The cutlery set is always missing a spoon, although it is drawn in the picture.
Soups are good, there are spicy ones (onion, carrot). Lots of cheeses and sausages, but super-salty. Delicious confectionery. Fruit - offset, oranges bomb. Coffee (namely espresso and regular) and tea - super. Juice-hello from the 90s in the form of Zuko. A fly was swimming in the cereal milk. On the 7th day, self-service was allowed and the queues disappeared.
- Doner at Snack Corner is very tasty, I recommend it, mainly staff and Turkish tourists eat there.
- in the Beach bar every day for a while the vending machine with drinks does not work.
- There is no declared kumpir in Fast Food Sokagi.
- in the Pool bar 3 times the coffee was in the form of brown water.
After 6 days, there was stomatitis, most likely due to poorly washed tea glasses (photo) and coffee cups.

With an early check-out, you can ask for a sandwich, though the salad and vegetables in it are spoiled, and the cheese is slightly fermented, probably, on a hot long road, this is the best that this fashionable 6 * hotel can offer : )

Staff:

Since tourists here are both from Russia and Ukraine, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Germany, Turkey, the main language is English, but at a primitive level, sometimes you have to explain yourself with your fingers. The employees of the restaurant, bars and cleaners especially do not say anything (elementary words, such as pineapple juice, wash the floor, come in 10 minutes).

The following situation happened to the Hikmed cleaner: he came in with us to clean the room (he speaks only Turkish), cleaned up and took the card from the cardholder when leaving. Then for a long time he convinced in Turkish that he did not take the card, shrugged his shoulders, they say he has his own personalized card.
But besides him, no one else entered the room, that's a fact. They began to issue a duplicate (for the loss of a fine of 10 €) at the reception. And then Hikmed came running and said that he had found the map supposedly on the stairs. At the same time, we did not use the stairs and the whole family traveled exclusively by elevator.

Then, a few days later, Hikmed cleaned the room, left, and when everyone was sleeping at lunchtime, for some reason, he went into the room, thereby waking everyone up. Then after 2 hours he went in again and left, showing his card and saying something in Turkish. A very strange guy.

On the 5th day, the card from the room was canceled due to the fact that the reception incorrectly indicated the dates of our vacation. I had to turn it back on.

The employee of the freshly squeezed juice restaurant was always without a mask and gloves, unlike the others.

Animation
There is no information about the schedule (photo), everything has to be asked.
- After 10 in the main pool, first water aerobics, then a game (everyone runs, sits on chairs, whoever did not have time to sit down leaves, then everyone dances), interesting activity.
- Children's club (darts, bowling, drawing) works, but there are no schedules, what time what activity, of course.
- In the evening from 20:30 children's evening animation - dancing to the music, a bit boring, because monotonous. 21:30 - adult animation, show (for example, the game "guess the melody" - a track from the 60-80s plays and the one who knows the name runs to the chair. The winner on points receives a bottle of wine; "the best oriental dance"; "Miss Otium ", "Turkish dances", "Mr. Otium").

- There are no beach animations and games.
- The amphitheater only worked on the 4th day, before that there was some kind of warehouse (photo).

Territory
Although small, but without a diagram it is not clear what is where. The scheme hangs at the entrance and near the pool and restaurant.

Towels can be changed daily in the hammam, but for some reason, according to the owner, only after 18:00, and issuance in the morning. Considering that the Hamam is open from 9, and the 1st row on the beach is already occupied by 7:30, this is very inconvenient. You can't lie down on the beach without a towel.

There are many places closed in the hotel: tv room, game room, cin? ma, Zircon disco (closed due to the pandemic, while the disco was 2 times in 10 days without any schedule and prior announcement), even a tennis court. Luggage scales at the sight of all this horror also refused to work: ) Scales do not work in a 5 * hotel, wow.

In fact, Otium is an economy hotel, pulling at 3 * and in no way competing with real 5 *. Fortunately, it is impossible to spoil the sandy beach and the sea, so the rest took place. For those who have been in real 5 *, it is better to find a better option.

P. S. Otium Family Stone Palace is a conservationist and invites guests not to change their linen, thereby preserving nature by not using excess water and energy.
It would be better if they improved the service and studied absolutely all the staff, including the administration of Russian ("use", "shopping center", "Lobby", "buffet") and / or English, it would be more useless.
