As the previous ones wrote that the music is too loud. . . But the music did not interfere with us, on the contrary, it was fun. And only until 12 at night. We did not close the balcony and the music did not interfere with the child at all. She slept without her hind legs. After a couple of days, water began to leak from the bathroom under the laminate into the room. We complained. Immediately provided several rooms (to choose from). Offered as compensation for 3 days a suite, but further for extra. fee. We decided to just move to another room on the ground floor (lobby). The room is nice, huge, with a big balcony. Air conditioning intermittently barely worked, they called, they immediately fixed it. The staff responds very quickly to any shortcomings. Cleaning, of course, leaves much to be desired. The towels were changed every time. Bedding is always clean. Bar almost 2 times a day ran to replenish)) Now about the food. There is practically no variety, there is absolutely trouble with fruits. But a wide variety of cheeses and pastries. The best food was for dinner. Breakfast and lunch are worse. They also serve food between breakfast and lunch (it even seemed to me tastier than in the dining room). They give ice cream from 12 to 17. They bake waffles. You definitely won't leave hungry. The territory of the hotel is large and very beautiful, well-groomed. Grow lemons, bananas, oranges. The pools are awesome. They are cleaned every day. There are no problems with sunbeds. We went to the hills. Good, kids are happy. The only thing is slippery, but there was not a single emergency in my presence. By the way, they also feed near the slides)) The sea. Clean and lots of fish. There were waves almost all the time. For those who can't swim, not a very good option. But there are ropes, many hold on to them. Children bathe only in sleeves or circles. Too deep for kids. Now about animation. Children's-normal, but monotonous. Although my kids were delighted and jumped and ran and danced. And here is an adult. . . leaves much to be desired((It's good that we had our own company, so the evenings were great. We took one excursion to the Water Park from the hotel in The Land of Legends. It turned out from 10 to 17:00. Of course, there is very little time for such a large park. We only had time to watch a show with dolphins and ride the water slides. The park is beautiful. I advise you to definitely go. Stay satisfied! Bottom line: with all the shortcomings, we had a very good rest, and the kids didn’t want to leave at all. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
