Mid July 2021. My wife and I. 1500 euros for 7 days. We chose the hotel for a beautiful wrapper, beautiful lighting and a beautiful instagram that lures, a good marketing ploy. But the candy in a beautiful wrapper turned out to be bitter in taste. Service suffers.

The buffet system is simply destroyed. . . The staff does not cope with the service, and is also negligent: someone imposes a small portion, someone large, someone is served without a queue and without a mask, someone is treated more strictly. In this connection, queues are formed quite impressive, and so on for each position of food.

Dirty tablecloths are used in the restaurant, they are cleaned from the tables very badly, the tablecloths do not seem to be washed, they simply shake off the remnants of food and crumbs, but stains and stains remain, which causes vomiting when you see this place for a meal. We called the manager of the restaurant, they did not hear us. Only beautiful photos are posted on Instagram. Dust in the eyes.
They settled on the second floor, where the music is on the track until 23.30, although they said at the reception that the parties change location every day, one day by the pool, the other day on the terrace, which turned out to be a lie. It is impossible to fall asleep before 12. Animation is just turning on the music. That's all.

4. Bad wi-fi throughout the whole theory of the hotel, but they are lobbying for pictures of Turcell at the reception, and exorbitantly 25 dollars.
