В отеле ротовирусная инфекция!!! The hotel has a rotavirus infection!!!

I don’t even want to write about the advantages of the hotel, but they were, because. the whole impression was spoiled by the attitude of the hotel workers in the current situation. Namely, a rotavirus infection appeared in the hotel, and the children, all with whom we communicated, one by one went to the hospital for a dropper. Where they were all given an antibiotic, just in case, although the virus cannot be treated with an antibiotic and they were allowed to go home. There was no information from doctors that the child should be fed a teaspoon of saline every 5-10 minutes !!! , mothers did not have any information, and those who first encountered this infection did not know what to do. We ourselves had been ill with rotovirus in February and we most likely retained immunity, we got off lightly. But I still bought a ticket and flew out 2 days earlier, because it was already scary to leave the room.
The infection is transmitted through household contact and a sick child or adult is contagious for 7 days. Everyone carries the infection in different ways: adults can get sick in a day, without realizing that it was a rotovirus (often they think that they just ate the wrong thing), and children get sick for 3-7 days, this infection is most dangerously carried by young children, because there is a risk of dehydration.
The hotel pretends that nothing is happening, they don’t notice sick children, they don’t help and they don’t apologize !! ! Instead, when we were leaving and trying to get the managers to record the doctor's conclusion about the infection, the manager called the doctor and started yelling at us that we were lying!! ! Then she gave us the phone to talk to the doctor and immediately hung up the number. Then the conclusion was translated to us, it was written there that the child had laryngitis!! ! This is despite the fact that this child had the most severe condition of all and was taken to the hospital 3 times!!!

Because it was not possible to achieve the truth on the spot, we can only warn the others: if you don’t think that this is a normal situation (and there were also such people), then it’s better to choose another hotel, or better another country, because if something happens, you won’t wait for help, yes and no doctors!
We decided for ourselves that we would choose other countries for our holidays!
