We stayed in this hotel for two weeks. Upon checking in (and they didn’t wait for a long time), they immediately gave (without money) a normal room, the only thing that didn’t suit me was that the room was on the third floor, and it was very hot there and the air conditioner was rather weak. We asked to be moved to the second floor. Again, without any problems and without money, we were offered another room on the second floor and with good air conditioning. We came to rest and rested to the fullest. The pools were cleaned daily, every morning. Our child splashed there all day long, now in one, then in the other, then in the third. The territory was constantly cleaned, the room is also cleaned every day. The food is normal, a large selection of dishes, everyone was satisfied with everything and did not remain hungry. Before leaving, I also read a lot of reviews and realized one thing, that as you set yourself up, so the vacation will pass. And indeed, everything went great for us. The whole family was satisfied.
