Do you fancy a hopeless and tiring holiday? This is the hotel for you! We were given the wrong hotel room the day we arrived, this was not rectified until the day after arrival (we ourselves had to go to the reception and report it again), then we also had to wait for the room to be cleaned because it was booked away to someone else already, when we finally got the room we had ordered (118 Swim-up) we thought it both smelled strange and looked strangely strange on the walls around the room, there was mold and salt stains on the walls and generally around the room, moldings fell of (Because they were glued on mold), the bed smelled of vomit, the duvet and duvet cover that were in the closet were full of mold, this was also not done anything about, We contacted our travel agency and they contacted the hotel, but we heard nothing from the hotel before the day before departure they were supposed to do "Room Controll", this involved painting over the mildew and salt stains on the walls, they destroyed the bed while they were at it and "Repairing" our room and they said we had to leave the room so they could fix the room. When we came back our room smelled of paint and the veranda door was open on the ground floor while all our valuables were inside the room, incredibly clever and let one room that is rented out stink of paint when someone is going to sleep there, apart from this you can probably say the food is monotonous and very boring, the hotel is new in May, but the standard does not indicate that this is new, mold and salt stains should not occur in a new building, this can make people with allergies to mold very sick, so if you have allergies, for God's sake, control stay away from this hotel, smells musty and damp inside the hotel on a general basis, which is also not a very good indoor climate, beyond this the service is lousy, they don't pretend to be interested in and sort things out when things arise as you have to sort them out mostly themselves, they speak very poor English and it is very difficult to communicate with them, if you have complained about something, all the employees are told about it and laugh at you when you get to the reception, very unprofessional... Outdoor area with relaxation or hustle and bustle, you can choose for yourself! Or by the way.. :
The pool and outdoor area are nice, apart from the fact that the hotel is located in the middle of all the other hotels' rubbish, nice in pictures but very different from the "Prospect pictures" and it's not a question of very small deviations, but that's how it is sometimes, the pool looks older origin and looks worn when it is obviously new(? ) It really looks like the hotel was put up overnight if you look at the finish of the rooms, the lobby and dining room look polished if you don't actually look at the work, Would you like fuss about massage, hairdresser or playing darts and tombola all day? Lay out by the pool and you'll hear hits from 2005 on repeat all day and night, while you can get offers on everything you don't want at the same time! Absolutely great when you're trying to relax isn't it, the same really applies when you're trying to sleep, I think they play the chair game in the lobby at night while the guests are sleeping, but I'm not sure what actually goes on there, so In any case, an idea and get a room above the lobby if you don't want to listen to their noise.
