Good day!
Three days ago we returned from this hotel. Rested with my family, me, husband and youngest daughter 1 year and 7 months. I’ll make a reservation right away that we have been resting in Turkey for 10 years 2-3 times a year, we have a rest in different ways and on a budget in three rubles and expensive in fives and good fours, that is, I have seen a lot of different hotels, and what 3 stars are, I know well . If we consider the hotel as a hotel for adults, then a normal average three-ruble mark, not a gram more, there are no 3+ there. For holidays with children, if you are focused on relaxing with your family, and not on drinking and talking with Turkish staff, the hotel is categorically not suitable. But I'll go in order.

1. Check-in and hotel guide. We arrived at the hotel at 11 am, with a child exhausted by the road, the staff did not bother even once, and we were given a room only at 14.00. Talk about the fact that in Turkey the settlement is at 14.

00 is not appropriate, because even with older children, I was always given a room upon arrival, even in a 3 * hotel in Mahmutlar, and this is still a three-ruble note in Side, which obviously implies a higher level. In short, for the first time in my life, I was fooled, and even with a baby, for three hours, without even offering food upon arrival, they were waiting for the start of dinner at 12.30, but even here there was an ambush in the form of a huge queue to the restaurant, but more on that later. We flew from Sanmar, the meeting party was the Odeon Tour, the hotel guide Javit. Well, in general, it’s impossible for a person to work as a hotel guide, hot-tempered, angry, greedy for shaking in his hands, and impossible to touchy, as usual, because he didn’t take excursions at exorbitant prices, and her husband went from an ordinary street agency (Tony Macaroni). To pick up the voucher marked with the gendarmerie and the tickets ran after him for three days, in the end he never returned the tickets to us, we knew well that they were not needed on the return flight, but there are people who came for the first time.
Since we arrived with a child, we asked for a quiet room, the room turned out to be "quiet" above the restaurant, opposite the playground with animation, with a door to another room instead of a wall and a shower. The room was replaced, for a fabulous amount in my opinion (I have never been asked so much) of 30 euros. But my husband paid while we slept with the baby after the flight, for which, of course, many thanks to him, because the animation rumbles until 23.30 Turkish time, and this despite the fact that there were 20 children under three years old in the hotel, probably, and the same number , and even more children under 10 years old, all of them, as it were supposed to go to bed at 9-10 o’clock, but who would have thought about it. The hotel area is one large rectangular well with a pool bottom, a small space around the pool and further along the perimeter of the building, so animation does not even rumble in this "well", it just actually happens in your room.

2. Number.
That number two, which we received for 30 euros of an additional fee, was, so to speak, quite decent, everything worked. Attention to mothers - there are no cots at all, as well as beds for infants, and all rooms have tiled floors, and the beds are high, so if a child falls headfirst on a tile at night or during the day, the consequences can be very serious. God had mercy on us, but she tucked the small stroller up, rolling it over during the night. The room had a bathroom (there are different rooms, with a shower and a bathtub), a hairdryer, air conditioning, an empty mini-bar (read a refrigerator, which is convenient), the room is quite spacious. For a trio, it's very good.

3. Cleaning. We are accustomed to leave 1-2 euros to the maids, at least every other day, so I can’t say anything bad here, except that a bottle of vodka was stolen from the room, which we brought as a gift to friends.

The linen was changed every three days, towels every other day, the floor was washed really rarely, I can’t say after how much, but the sand was constantly. When you check into the room on the floor there were glass, they cleaned themselves so that the child would not get hurt. They didn’t come to us during a quiet hour, they monitored our regime, and they always cleaned when we were not there.

4. Staff. Very different. The waiters (like the maids) are smiling, courteous and good-natured, they don’t carry drinks, but you shouldn’t expect this in a three-ruble note, they try their best to clean the tables and lay out the cutlery during the time, because there are places in the dining room (there is no way to call this a restaurant) not enough for all the guests. In general, the feeling is that the hotel has a real overcapture of guests, the rooms were added due to the fact that the pool on the roof was removed, and the infrastructure is not enough. The hotel managers, there are two of them, terribly evil, greedy guys.
They constantly tried to take food away from me for my child, who had a quiet hour during their lunch and she couldn’t eat in the canteen at that time. I literally gnawed out a bowl of soup for her every day, lagged behind only when they realized that I was now going to grab my face, figuratively speaking, and such a hassle throughout the rest. At the reception there is a Russian-speaking swarthy girl with long hair and an English-speaking second girl with shoulder-length chestnut hair, I can’t say anything bad or good about them, they are, they work fine. The bus driver to the beach is not very friendly.

5. Dining room. For the first week, the line for hot lunch and dinner was the first hour from the start of the meal, we were not allowed by education, and the presence of a baby who would not stand in line, stand there, so we came to eat closer to the end of this process, of course, a lot We didn't get any good food.

In the second week, they opened an approach to the hot from the second side, the queue began to dissolve faster, but there was a catastrophic shortage of seats, in general, it was not possible to eat calmly more than once. The food itself for an adult is normal, quite varied, with the exception of fruits, their only type - the first week it was green nectarines, then there was a market day not far from the hotel, many brought watermelons to the hotel and began to ask for knives to cut, the next day it apparently became ashamed, nectarines were removed, watermelons were given, which were later replaced with melons, 2 times there were strawberries. Otherwise, with food, you can safely say GOOD. BUT, there is practically nothing to feed a child under 3 years old there. I was saved by diluted cereals and canned purees taken from home.
They ate yogurt from hotel food, they gave porridge several times, but it was ugly sweet, no one ate it, there was rarely an omelet without additives, soups, when they were not spicy, the main diet in the dining room for children is pasta and tomatoes, fruits (watermelon or melon), sometimes they gave mashed potatoes and soy meatballs, which for a child is also not very good, but for lack of a better one, she gnawed them too. Children's chairs - they are in the hotel, but there are a) few of them and b) they are terribly dirty just everywhere, belts, seats, the table itself is not even wiped, but simply fanned. Most of the parents fed their children in wheelchairs, because the lack of sanitation was complete.

6. Pool. Be very careful! The floor around the pool is outrageously slippery, with us a man hit his head by falling, there were many different falls, but this was the most terrible, I hope everything worked out for him. Therefore, there are actually no children at the children's pool - it's really scary.
Our room overlooked the children's pool just enough seen decently. Two pools - children's and adult with one slide.

7. Bar in the hotel. As far as I heard, drinks give 2 glasses in the hands of any, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. But since we don’t drink alcoholic drinks at all, and prefer water from a cooler among non-alcoholic ones, I can’t say for sure.

8. Playground. She exists, but it’s as if she doesn’t exist, because during the day she is in the very sun and it’s not realistic to play there from 10 in the morning until dinner (19.00), but even if there was no sun, it’s still a normal mother to play there The child will not be allowed, because it is covered with a certain mixture of sand and dust, and the child turns into a pig just by stepping on it. In short, there is, but for show.

9. Beach. He is very far away. Really very far! ! ! The nearest beach (not hotel) is 30 minutes on foot at a brisk pace, and on the way back it is a steep hill.

There you need to find a place to sit down, you can use the services of bars on the beach, such as Shanty Bar or Garden Beach Bar, they provide sunbeds and umbrellas for free if you buy a bottle of water from them at least once every two days, the prices are naturally very high, but what to do. Otherwise, the beach is good there, sand, gentle entry into the sea, everything is cleaned and clean. There are also playgrounds at the bars where kids can play. The hotel beach is also not bad, sand, normal entry into the water, but we were there once because of the transfer, it’s not realistic to cram in there with a child in our arms, and fly to Turkey to ride the bus like in Moscow at hours peak, there was no desire. Therefore, we went to the beach to the bar calmly with a stroller. In general, I consider such an organization of transfer a complete disgrace. The hotel frankly doesn't give a damn about tourists both in terms of transfer and in terms of queues to the dining room, they paid the money, then your problems, the attitude is generally boorish.

10. WiFi.
There is in the lobby at the reception, it is free, sometimes it is cut down for several hours, but in general there is, it’s real to get on the Internet.

11. Guests. There are very few Germans, the Germans are very dissatisfied with the hotel. There were many families with children who were led (as we were) to the positive reviews of the hotel. Deviating from the topic, I want to say that everything that is written in the positive reviews for the last season took place, my mother-in-law rested there, the hotel was very decent. This season, the beach was moved, rooms on the roof were added, which created a crush and shortage in the dining room and in the transfer to the beach, and the hotel was reoriented to Russians (food is cheaper, service is lower - tablecloths have been removed from the tables, for example, now they are wiped with a disinfectant and that’s all ). There are now 90% Russians there.
Returning to the guests - Russian families with children, a few Germans 5-6 married couples, very few Turks 2-3 married couples with children, Russian girls who arrived alone with small children who drink all day long, walk with the staff at night, and the children yell in the rooms heartbreaking crying, Russians who arrived at the bar, not at the hotel and not at the sea.

12. How to save yourself if you have already bought a tour. There is Migros nearby, exit the hotel and turn left to the crossroads, there is almost everything for both children and adults, and mosquito fumigators, which you will definitely need to eat, and diapers, and baby food, and toys, in short, this is our Ramstore . If you leave Migros and stand with your back to the exit, then on the right, if you walk a little, there will be a shop with fruits and vegetables, wonderful ripe juicy fruits and vegetables at ridiculous prices for Moscow, it is better to pay everywhere in Turkish lira.

I already wrote about the beach, leave the hotel and go straight down the hill for 30 minutes, there are bars, we were sheltered by the Garden Beach Bar and Shanty Bar. If you leave the hotel and go right past the mosque, then there will be civilization and shops, after the Red Lion restaurant, turn right and go through the Ada Shopping Center, there will also be shops to the left, there is where to walk, but far enough from the hotel. If you come with a child, then if you go around the back of the house that stands across the road opposite the hotel, then there will be a barnyard - chickens, geese, ducks, turkeys, peacocks, chickens, ducklings, some other quails, a peacock, you can steal bread from the dining room and feed. Behind the school there is a horse, very cute.
If you have not bought a ticket yet and you just need to relax without getting drunk and not visiting Turkish men, then this year I do not advise you to take a tour there. Because even at the evening animation there were such vulgar moments that many families got up and took their children away.

In conclusion.
In terms of infrastructure, a clear three-ruble note, with bestial attitude towards hotel guests. For the first time in my many trips to Turkey, I did not like the hotel so much. It seems that outwardly everything is in order - the rooms are decent, the food is normal for adults, there is a transfer to the beach, there is a playground, swimming pools too, but it’s not possible to use it, the sediment remains after visiting the hotel, it’s not good.
