The hotel is terrible! There are no words to choose. . . to the promises of the tour operator Anehtur about a quiet family vacation, there is no question at all! At first we were given a room next to the reception, for three with a daughter and a grandson. . . windows to the road. . . asked to change to a quieter room, the manager's name is Emin, curly-haired, he pretends that he does not understand Russian well, but after negotiations he changed the room supposedly to a quiet one on the 3rd floor.... it turned out even worse, under the windows there was a balcony from the lobby bar and there they drank, smoked, and the Germans yelled almost around the clock. At night she got up and asked not to yell in broken German, it seemed to subside but not for long. And they also say Russian pigs. . . yes no gentlemen, there are worse and defeats.... I don't want to generalize. . Complained to the guide Rafael 2 times, it became a little quieter. Noise from the road, I'm silent, it's day and night, but as they say, what they chose. . . it was tolerated. The attitude of the hotel towards the Russians is more than unbearable. . . in this hotel they treat the Germans well, well, the Turks, of course, but they don’t see Russians point-blank. We can say we arrived at the beginning of October, there was no talk of any animation at all. . . the sauna seemed to be on purpose, although there is no doubt that this is exactly the way it is, it worked at lunchtime, from 12 to 14 hours. Food and sanitation here is generally a separate conversation, but if food can still be treated with irony, namely, every day the same thing in the morning is scrambled eggs, a boiled egg, and so every morning, at lunch, french fries with chicken, they didn’t eat in lunch means in the evening for dinner they will chop with something, then chicken in a salad, then they hint with something else, in short, no change in the menu, almost every day the same thing. But we didn’t really bother, we just didn’t go to lunch or breakfast every time. . dirt like in a collective farm canteen, tables, chairs, tablecloths are all stained, there is no question of cleanliness at all. The hotel pulls at best 2 stars no more!!! ! Even from lack of money I do not advise. . . Finding fault is bad in the rooms, the floors are elaborate and that's it. . if you start to pronounce, still move, you are silent, then everything suits you. Beach towels apparently change on purpose at the wrong time, from 10 to 11, just at that time they are still on the beach, by the end of the vacation they already weighed three pounds from salt. . for 9 days, the stairs at the hotel have never been washed everywhere, just dust, dirt, how else cockroaches do not run. And after all many have a rest with children. (((I have been to other 4 * hotels, it’s just like black and white, and the attitude towards Russians is good, but here everything is for the Germans, and why are they selling vouchers to Russians there? Only negative reviews from Russians I heard there with whom they communicated, nothing positive, special from those who are not the first time in Turkey and have something to compare with. So gentlemen, tour operators and the host Turkish side, please put things in order, or you will lose all Russian tourists, and now it may turn out that the Germans will support your tourism industry.
