After reading the reviews, I was waiting for the worst and moving to another hotel.
On the first day, those who were tired immediately asked for a good room without any additional payments. It was evening, the room was already ready, clean . . towels were brought to us at the request of a complete set. It was very stuffy. In the parents' bedroom, we never figured out the air conditioner. We decided to put both sofas in the living room. There, the condo works for everything. In the sofa they found a remote control for this retro TV. Found a good channel with music. So you can watch.
By food. Meat happens, chicken, turkey. You just have to catch. If you come at the very beginning, then they will quickly sort everything out. There was meat on a spit, but a huge queue. As elsewhere, there is pasta, potatoes, vegetable stew, a bunch of raw vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers, grated carrots, radishes. Lots of greenery and grass.

From sweets, all sorts of puddings, I didn’t like it. Regular cream cake, so-so. Constantly watermelon and plum.
Cleaning for three days while we are here, cleaned once. Everything is clean and meticulous. Pleasant friendly maid who does not understand Russian or English at all.
From animation. Children's disco every day. The children are happy, they run after the animator. Then the whole evening action continues with some kind of performance . . Either a belly dance, a dervish dance, or a foam party.
The bar is constantly fanta, sprite, cola, beer. Maybe something else, I didn't ask.
The pools are good, clean, two slides work by the hour.
The men play water polo all the time. But they're out of the way, so don't get in the way.
Beach. It's just 10 points. We came here on the first day. The beach worker immediately found us a sun lounger under an umbrella. But it turned out that with such a sea, we didn’t need an umbrella and a sunbed. The sea is warm and clear. Small fish swim in flocks. At the bottom of the sand. The beach is perfect for kids.
Our set with molds remained untouched, since the youngest child (4 years old) simply could not be pulled out of the sea.
Today we went to the sea. There was a big wave. So the armlets and swim ring were just right.
In general, while we rest here, I am very satisfied and pleasantly surprised. Because I was expecting horror. But it turned out the opposite.
If you go here, don't dwell on the cons. And you just need to rest.
It can be seen that the local staff of the hotel are trying and doing everything to make you like it. You just have to be friendly with people, whether it's a cleaning lady or a bartender or a receptionist. And then you will be treated well.
And yes, do not forget that all the same, the hotel is Turkish and for the Turks. Here they are 90%. A few immigrants from the USSR (Russia, Kazakhstan and maybe other republics).
Therefore, the standards of cleanliness and service are still Turkish.
This should not be forgotten. And then your vacation will be only with positive memories. . .

And. . . Don't stay in a hotel. Turkey is beautiful, with its history. And Side itself is just an open-air museum.
