The food at the hotel is so meager that I have never seen anything like this in Turkey. Of course, I was ready for the fact that we were going to the top three, but not as much. They didn’t see meat in principle, they gave chicken only in the evenings, every other day, then ribs, then legs, and then only a pair in hand, more nini! Transfer to the sea and back is a separate issue. If in the morning this old minibus arrived at the seaside on time enough, then you always had to wait for it back in the heat for 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is on the outskirts, it takes 20-30 minutes to walk to any interesting place in Side, as well as to the public beach. In short, I do not recommend the hotel unambiguously, look for other options!

It is new, located in a dirty residential area, 2.500 km from the sea, 3 km from the old town, 2 km from shopping centers. In short - in the middle of nowhere. Cleanliness is maintained - they regularly sweep and wash the floors with a disinfectant during breakfast, when there are a lot of guests at the tables. Floor covering - tiles, in combination with rubber shoes is dangerous for injuries. People often fall on the stairs. Tables for meals are located near the pool, in the buffet hall, in the tangerine garden of FIVE trees planted along the fence. There are signs on the tables - for the family. If you are alone, then eating in the garden under the fence, next to the road. You will eat dust from cars))).
The line to the buffet reaches the stairs, but in 40-50 minutes everyone has time to give portions. The food shines with variety, but only for lovers of SPICY dishes. The rest - a loaf to help in unlimited quantities. Even the egg croutons were spiced. From sweet - jams for breakfast. Of fruits - only watermelon. From baking - mannik with various additives. Meat once a day, at best - chicken backs, twice in 10 days there were chicken legs. Soups mashed once a day. Vegetable dishes daily. Coffee machine. Disposable cups for coffee and tea. Drinks - sprite, cola, water with syrup. Drinking water was provided in bottles without restriction. Noise isolation leaves much to be desired - air conditioners are noisy in one, at 5.30 garbage collection (tanks are on both sides of the hotel, garbage is loaded onto a truck by a tract). There is a dog on a chain in the next house, you can enjoy barking! ))
Pool filters are open 24 hours a day. You can leave the balcony open if you wish to listen to the murmur of water at night.

The rooms are decent, the renovation was (they say) last year. There is a place for a refrigerator, but it is not. Bed double and one and a half, wardrobe. There is a place for a shelf in the toilet, but it is not. Toothpaste and brush will lie on the sink. Toilet paper is provided upon request.
The food is always cold, taken out on large dishes, nothing is warmed up. Breakfast: eggs, vegetables, olives, yogurt, jam, tea, coffee. Once there was a small plate of scrambled eggs, everything was taken apart by 5 people, they did not do it again. Lunch: pasta, rice, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, cabbage, chicken was 3 times. Dinner: soup, pasta, rice and various vegetables.
It was a pity for the male tourists.
Alcohol: wine, vodka, gin and tonic. And it ends periodically. In the advertisement at the counter, the liquor until 23.00 was changed to 22.30.
The beach... it's not far, it's very far. There are few sun loungers. The bus does not follow the schedule, sometimes it is late up to half an hour, sometimes it leaves earlier. It picks up tourists from about 10 different hotels. The bus is small. If you walk, then 45-50 minutes. We went to another beach, 20 minutes walk.
The hotel manager is a total jerk. His favorite game is to tap on the right shoulder and stand on the left side. And this game is non-stop with all the tourists. The second game: you eat, he comes up behind and shouts. There is no limit to joy if you are frightened by surprise. Once, he decided to grunt like that behind me, but he choked on air and ran away to cough.
We arrived late in the evening, lost the day. And they left at 7:00 pm. We decided to pay for one room before 19.00. Since the hotel does not have a shower near the pool. It cost us 20 euros. OK. Everything would be fine, but his greed... He said that we can use the number until 19.00, but we cannot take food and alcohol. I called the guide. The director allowed to take only food.
Only his son knows English, he works at the reception. A wonderful young man. Another wonderful girl works, their niece. These guys work everywhere: at the reception, in the bar, clean the dishes, help tourists. Just YOUNG!

Shower and toilet, of course.
3. Food - tasty, enough, with occasional variety. For breakfast - a classic of the genre: vegetables, Turkish salads and stewed vegetables, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, two types of cheese (hard / soft), sausage (did not eat, because not a typical product for Turkey, therefore strange : -), fried sausages, watermelon/melon, yoghurts, jams, different types of bread and olives. Lunch: various salads, greens, fresh and stewed vegetables, garnish (bulgur or rice), meat with vegetables, regular meat, fruits, drinks. At 4 o'clock by the pool snack - sweets. Dinner - as for lunch (just other dishes), plus soup and dessert. Sometimes, if you come to dinner later, the meat was over, but if you come up after 10-15 minutes, then they took out more. We were left without meat 1 time when we came already before the end of dinner. We never caught a fish, although we really wanted to.
4. Drinks - unlimited bottled water at the bar or from coolers in the lobby and by the pool, coffee from the coffee machine (I only drank americano with milk, 1 time I drank cappuccino - but it was more cocoa). Wine, beer also all day long, we only ordered wine for dinner. I didn't like the white, the red is delicious.
5. Internet - we lived on the second floor, I had a good connection, my friend did not have it at all. I think a lot depends on the phone. Downstairs in the lobby, near the pool, in the restaurant, there were no problems with the Internet.
6. Cleaning - the first day we forgot to leave the van dollar, but the room was cleaned. Later we left the van dollar every day, so the cleaning was perfect - clean towels every day, sheets were also changed often.
7. Beach, old town and other distances - it is clear that if the hotel is 3 *, then the sea is not close. From the hotel every day a minibus went to the beach, as well as back. On the bus to the beach, we went 2 times, because. he left after the second "late" breakfast, and we did not want to sit in the hotel all this time. The condition of the buses is "not new", but it takes 10 minutes to go there, so in anticipation of the beautiful warm turquoise sea, we did not pay attention to the bus at all. The description of the hotel indicated that it was 1.5 km from the beach, but this is partially true - if you measure straight, without the possibility of passage. In reality, you can’t walk like that, so the distance is longer. After a couple of days, we decided on the shortest route and constantly walked so that all inclusive would not be put off at the waist : -))
8. The city and the sea - everything is fine, you just need to see and feel.
For those who understand that buying a tour in 3 * he will not get 4-5 * in any way, I definitely recommend the hotel. Of the inconveniences - you need to walk 30 minutes to the old town and the beach or take a taxi, other issues are easily resolved by simply moving to another point on the hotel territory or contacting the administrator. The hotel staff is friendly, resolves emerging issues promptly (once we were forgotten to put 1 bath towel while we had dinner, everything was already in the room), the hotel owner periodically communicates with guests. The only thing is that the staff knows the Russian language poorly, but it is quite possible to explain yourself in medium English-Russian.
