Firstly, this establishment is far from the hotel ...This is a boarding house with meals. I will not go into how and for what they give "*", but there is NO declared 3 *!
And now more specifically on "Side Osmanli":
1) They settled us quickly, within 10 minutes ...But the room without air conditioning is replaced by a fan, the furniture is dumped at random. It took me two days to arrange everything as conveniently as possible for life (and we have to live here for 11 days).
2) Bathroom: hot water in the shower is rare, the tap with cold water does not work in the washbasin, there is no hairdryer, soap, shampoo, shower gel are also missing. Towels were changed on the seventh day of our stay...
3) Food: that's another story...YES! The declared FB is, but the quality is below average. Yesterday for the first time! appeared milk and dry breakfasts. I have no complaints about dinners, but very often there is at dinner, only a side dish, several types of salads and NO meat or fish. From fruits watermelon and melon.
From drinks lemonade (a la "fanta" and "Cola"), instant coffee, cocoa, tea. I constantly buy juices and ayran, grapes. There are no sweet dishes at the hotel, so we buy "sweets" (cookies, chocolates) in the nearest shops.
4) Sea: the hotel does NOT have its own beach! We went to the nearest beach along the road past the cemetery and two hotels. In the morning, all the sewage from the "Terrace hotel" is washed off onto this path ..."aroma" cannot be conveyed in words and mudflows underfoot. The beach and the entrance to the sea are sand, no stones and shells.
That's probably all...
The only advice (from personal experience! ), when you go to this hotel, then take money with you! And the more the better.

There were 2 adults and a child. We arrived at night and were seated quickly. Room is clean, air conditioning works. Three meals a day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is no alcohol. The staff is friendly, they don't speak Russian, but we understood each other through Google translator. There is no theft, if you forgot something on the territory of the hotel, the staff returns everything.

The staff is friendly, they don't speak Russian, but we understood each other through Google translator. There is no theft, if you forgot something on the territory of the hotel, the staff returns everything. There is no animation. We went on excursions, went to the sea (and it is just beautiful), walked around the village, went to the sea - in general, we were not bored. In addition, the beautiful old town of Side with many attractions is nearby, where you can simply take a minibus and walk for free.
Of the minuses - cleaning in the room only on request, as well as a change of linen, we took out the garbage from the room ourselves. They used their own soap and shampoo in the room. In terms of nutrition, they didn’t leave hungry, but there wasn’t much variety either, meat (and it wasn’t often) was given out a piece per person. The territory is small, there is a small pool. The hotel does not have its own beach on the sea. In general, the price-quality ratio is normal. A couple of years ago I was in a 4+ star hotel, of course there is good service, daily cleaning, food for every taste and animation, but it also took 2 times more money for a ticket. So everyone decides for himself where and for how long to go)

Our tour was purchased from the operator Tez Tour after a careful search for a budget option within walking distance from the sea. The cost was 250 euros for the flight, 7 nights and three meals a day. Compared to other options (Montenegro, Albania, Bulgaria), you can only buy flights and accommodation with this money. So in plus three meals.
I will say right away that meat is served once or twice in two days. Alcohol is also absent, but if you ask, they will treat you with a glass of wine. Boiling water, brewed tea, instant coffee, instant cocoa drink, milk powder, and disposable cups are always available in the dining room.
In addition to breakfast drinks, daily cuts of sausage and cheese, tomato-cucumbers, hard-boiled eggs, delicious dried black olives and pickled greens. Portion spreads: jam, nut, margarine, honey. A tray with liquid halva, it is called tahini. delicious fluffy bread slices. On the fourth day, dry breakfasts and milk appeared.
Lunch: first course, side dish (pasta or rice or bulgur), vegetable casserole or stewed eggplant, several types of salads from different vegetables. Plate with sour milk dressing. I personally really liked pickled hot peppers. Bread. Watermelon or melon for dessert. Dinner is like lunch.
Despite the fact that meat dishes are rarely served, we were full because the vegetable dishes are fresh and very tasty.
The hotel is on the most remote street, but it's just over 10 minutes from the sea. The building has three floors with four rooms.
Excellent sound insulation, if you close the windows, you can not hear the neighbors from below and from the side at all. We had two rooms, one with air conditioning, the other without. At 40 degrees noon, the fan in the room without air conditioning does not help, so be sure to warn the operator that you have been booked a cool room.
Number. The furniture is beautiful, the mattress was especially pleased, the back was comfortable. Wardrobe, refrigerator, TV, table. The bathroom has a hair dryer and liquid soap. Cold/hot water, but so hot that hot water wasn't turned on every day. The tile is new, clean, without mold. The plumbing worked without problems. Each room has a balcony (table, chairs), don't forget the clothesline for drying towels, it will be superfluous.
Towels, toilet paper - changed / issued on request, no one enters the room in your absence, does not touch anything. Household requests are quickly satisfied by the staff.
We brought our own beach towels.
On the territory there is a small pool, in the evening it is a pleasure to skimp. There are sun loungers near it, they fall into the Wi-Fi zone, so several guests spent the whole day on them with tablets.
Beach. Wide strip, clean sand. Sun beds 3$ or a drink (drinks are expensive on the beach, but it's still more profitable to take a drink than just pay for a seat). We walked to the sea across the road between the Oleander and Terrace hotels, then a little to the left towards Makara beach club. We left towels for lunch, returned after 16, everything was always in place. In general, to the beach Google gives 11 minutes on foot, it is. if you leave slowly, a maximum of 20 minutes, but it is very slow.
The sea is amazing, one hobby! ! ! Clean, transparent, fine.
On the way from the beach to the hotel, there are several shops with food, drinks, delicacies, the prices are moderate.
In the evening, the streets are filled with tourists, sellers in shops become more active, there are many posters for excursions.
We traveled by minibus for 4 lira ($1 = 5).
6 lira) per person to the ancient city in Side, I liked it very much, but there was not enough time to get around everything - it quickly got dark.
The other evening we went to see the mosque, it is about 1 km from the hotel.
In general, Side was pleasantly surprised, I would come here again. Everyone has their own impression about the tour and the hotel, our family had fun, we became friends with the owners, we communicated in fragments of Turkish and English, with the addition of emotions we understood each other perfectly.

My husband and I chose a budget hotel with a normal rating. Since we planned to travel to neighboring cities, we did not need "All Inclusive". We chose this place, since Side is located approximately in the middle of the road between Alanya and Antalya, which is very convenient for travel. We arrived at the hotel at 14-30, settled us immediately, and although we were late for lunch, they brought us something to eat.

We arrived at the hotel at 14-30, settled us immediately, and although we were late for lunch, they brought us something to eat. The room was on the 3rd floor, 3-bed. In the room: a corridor, a bedroom, a shower with a toilet and a balcony. The room has 3 beds, a wardrobe, a table with a small refrigerator, a table with drawers and a mirror, air conditioning, plasma (we even found 2 Russian channels). The shower and toilet are new, clean, there was liquid soap, a hairdryer, hot water (in the evening it was summer, as I understand it, it warmed itself from the sun). On the balcony there are ropes for things, soft chairs. Each bed has 2 towels - large and small, regardless of whether 2 people settled in, or 3. When checking in, it was very clean, all the furniture and appliances were new (the hotel was renovated in 2019) except for the air conditioner, but it also worked quietly and properly .
Meals: although the food is full board, you can still drink any drinks for free all day long (juices, water, tea, a coffee machine with hot chocolate worked on arrival, but then someone broke it). Celal (the hotel manager) always offered local wine and spirits, also for free. Meals - buffet. For breakfast, mainly cuts of two cheeses, sausage, boiled eggs, bread, portioned spreads (Nutella, butter, honey, various jams), regular and chocolate flakes, often for breakfast there were scrambled eggs or fried sausages. Lunch: soup (tomato or with some kind of porridge and peas), meat or sauteed vegetables / mushrooms, side dishes (vermicelli / potatoes / rice), salads (cabbage, carrots, pickled onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. ), sliced fresh vegetables, pickles, halyabi peppers, bread, watermelon or melon. Dinner: side dish, chicken, the same soup, salads, bread, watermelon / melon. When we arrived, there were few people, without a queue, and there was enough food for everyone, then there was a large population of Russian tourists who came in advance (half an hour or an hour) took a queue and scooped up a lot of food, half of which they either hid in bags or simply gave away for ejection. But I do not consider this not a problem of the hotel, but a problem of mentality. There was a waiter guy standing on the meat, who poured it in portions so that everyone had enough.
The hotel area is not large, there is a small pool - more suitable for children (with balls, inflatable toys), there are sun loungers nearby. On the territory there is a patio with a vineyard that creates shade, under it there are sofas and tables. Everything is clean and tidy.
Wifi Internet access is free, upon arrival they asked the employee for a password, she wrote it to us (like at the reception there is even a piece of paper with a password). The Internet works only near the dining room and on the sofas under the grapes, it does not reach the rooms.
Beach: The hotel does not have its own beach with sun loungers. To the sea to go about 10 minutes, the road is good. On the beach, you can either rent sun loungers from another hotel for $ 2-3 or come with your own towel, as about 10 meters from the sea to the sun loungers is a free beach, and there were a lot of people there. The beach is all sandy, with a sandy entry. Shallow water, to reach the depth you need to walk. For a family with kids, this is great. There were fewer people on the beach and in the sea than in other resort towns, there were no crowds around.
Staff. They deserve special praise. None of the staff knows Russian and English, but everyone actively uses an interpreter and there were no problems with understanding. They helped us with questions of travel to other cities, suggested where you can buy food cheaply in supermarkets (the prices were even lower than at home), since many Europeans rest in Side and the prices in the markets are too high - in euros and dollars. If any problems arose, they were immediately solved, not only for us, but also for the rest of the guests (replacement of towels, cleaning on demand), one girl needed an iron, it turned out that the old one broke down at the hotel, the workers went and bought it and brought her a new one. Special thanks to Hasan (I don’t know who exactly he works at the hotel), he is the imam in the mosque (clearly visible from the hotel) and arranged a free tour of the temple, showed and explained everything. The mosque is one of the most beautiful we have seen in Turkey. He, if a sufficient number of people gathered for 10 lira, took him to Manavgat to tourist places and to the market. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Guests who arrived early in the morning or late at night were also accommodated and fed immediately, no one was kept on the porch with bags strictly until 14-00 (as we later learned from them). For such money, the conditions are simply excellent, we have never been hungry. I advise you to choose a hotel for those who do not expect animation, a water park and tables bursting with delicacies.

So, we arrived in Osmanli at seven o'clock in the evening, it took about 40 minutes to drive from Antalya Airport in a cozy minibus (only three families were taken) by the teztour operator. Placed in a couple of minutes in a nice clean room with comfortable beds, pillows like everywhere else. I try to write everything in detail so that there is no disappointment from a big expectation. The room for a family with a seven-year-old child has three good beds, a dressing table, a wardrobe, a table, a refrigerator and a bathroom. There is no mold in the bathroom, everything is clean, the hotel has just opened after renovation. Large balcony with two chairs.
We had more than enough space. I would like to pay special attention to the fact that this is a home-type hotel. Cleaning is done only on request, linen is also changed. I wipe the floor myself, because four times a day we go to the sea, then one way or another, sand is poured, the staff does not see the point of tormenting one minute and a clean floor. I took out the bed linen, they gave me clean, I don’t see any problems either, we take out the garbage ourselves. The trash can is right outside the hotel gate.
Personally, I like this kind of service, no one walks, does not interfere, and things are as you need them.
The hotel is full of communism, you can not close the door anyway, no one will come in, we go to the beach and leave the key at the reception. Here everyone knows each other the hotel has only 24 rooms.
The territory is practically absent, there is a terrace along the building with sofas, swings and tables, there is a small pool, but there is plenty of it for such a number of guests.
SEA. The sea is gorgeous, that says it all! Walk to the beach no more than 10 minutes. The beach is gorgeous sandy, the entrance to the sea is gentle for children, just a paradise. The sea is clean, the sand is also clean until the citizens of the former union stick cigarette butts into it, but thank God there are not many such idiots.
The first week we went to the sea four times: before breakfast, after breakfast before dinner and after dinner. In the second week, they began to dilute the sea with a pool. In general, this is all to the fact that the sea is close, but nevertheless away from the shopping street, so there is peace and quiet.
Now probably the most important thing for many vacationers! So attention!
There is no alcohol in the hotel, from the word at all, so if you are not a hunter for diluted beer, then you are here, you can bring alcohol with you, beer is sold in every store, delicious beer costs 12 lire. Strong alcohol in stores is very expensive, so take it from duty free. The absence of alcohol is more a plus than a minus, there are no drunken brawlers, and cheerful companies gather on sofas in the evening for tea, coffee or something stronger.
FOOD. My husband and I are terrible meat-eaters, we live in Chelyabinsk and we even have breakfast without meat. Of course, here you will not find meat at every meal.
Breakfast: boiled eggs or scrambled eggs, various jams, vegetables, olives, bread, milk, muesli, sausage, cheese. Everything is like everywhere else.
Lunch: liquid soup, delicious rice or cold pasta, vegetable salad, any fried steamed vegetables, it can be broccoli, cauliflower, green and simple beans, peppers, spinach, in general, what we cook at home is extremely rare, for example, I never. But it’s delicious, my husband never remained hungry, I thought we might even lose weight, yeah, we really like it, everything is delicious, despite the fact that my husband cooks excellently himself and this is not only my opinion. They also give watermelon or cherries, apples, apricots, melon, one thing from fruit, but more is not needed. Some salads, olives, in general, at first glance there is nothing to eat, but you leave the table with the feeling that you are a glutton.
For dinner, they also give vegetables, rice or pasta, there was chicken, liver, delicious peas with minced meat.
Of course, this is not a five, but you need to think at what cost you come here to relax. I think the quality and attitude that they have here is higher than the cost of the tour.
To be honest, I'm still at the hotel, I just had lunch and the weather is gorgeous outside, it's a pity to spend it poking at the phone. Therefore, if you are going on vacation to this hotel and you have questions, I will be happy to help.

I am writing this review from the bottom of my heart because my family is very comfortable here.
I completely forgot, take shampoo, soap and toothbrushes with you or you can buy in the store, the prices are absolutely adequate, if not cheaper.

The choice of the hotel was conscious, because we do not like crowds and fuss. They received us very well, almost like in a fairy tale: "they fed us, gave us drink and put us to bed")) We arrived with my daughter at about 23.00. The key was issued immediately, the luggage was taken to the room. The administrator immediately asked if we would like to have dinner? Of course we wanted to.

We were invited to eat after 10 minutes. The volume of sandwiches smiled: the Turks think that Russian women have four-chamber stomachs! )) After dinner, we swam in the pool (with three massage jets) and happily went to rest.
We liked everything about the hotel. Especially snow-white towels and bedspreads made of pure cotton! The beds are very comfortable. My spine screamed "thank you! " every morning) Room decoration in a minimalist style, nothing fancy, nothing superfluous and annoying. A small fridge with a freezer came in handy only when buying ice cream. It is tasty in Turkey and cheaper than in Belarus.
The view from the window was "not ice" - at a neighboring hostel, but we did not come to stare out of the windows)) The courtyard is cozy: sofas in the shade of grapes, swings, fruit trees.
I'm a vegetarian. I had more than enough food. But the growing children's body lacked meat a little)) The cook cooked rice very tasty, like our pilaf ...but not pilaf! Traditionally for breakfast: suluguni cheese and cheese, hard-boiled eggs, olives and black olives, white and bran bread, butter (margarine), honey, nut cream and three jams to choose from, two types of cereal, milk, tea (very strong), juice and coffee machine)) Lunch and dinner - a lot of different dishes. Vegetable stews - were just a song!
Service is top notch! Polite, smiling! Good morning! have a good day! are you all right? Cut my finger - instant first aid. An iron was needed to iron things (they were wrinkled in the suitcase) - please, you have an iron! The road to the beach showed the cleanest. Linen was changed at our request.
The room was also cleaned upon request. It felt like I was not in a hotel, but at home.
The atmosphere of kindness and friendship reigned all 7 days. I have never met so many good people in one place! They made friends not only with Russians, Belarusians and Ukrainians, but also with Turks. Turkish women, when checking into the hotel, treated us to their pastries (by the way, you will lick your fingers! ) Children played together, regardless of nationality! The owner of the hotel gave a free tour to the nearest mosque.
I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax and soul and body! Welcome to the S? DE OSMANLI OTEL! ))
