Where do hotel reviews go? We have never seen a worse hotel. The first time we used the service of the travel agency ANEXTOUR and the last. The worst thing is food, you can say it is completely absent. We had to line up 30 minutes before the start. 10 minutes after the opening of this smelly canteen, the food was over and those who did not have time remained hungry. From meat several times there was chicken, once beef liver. In general, instead of meat there were sausages and sausage. Alcoholic drinks were delivered first in line. Complaints and demands of tourists were ignored. The tablecloths were always dirty, there were never any napkins on the tables, the workers wore casual, dirty clothes.
There is no beach at all.
Air conditioners and refrigerators do not work in the rooms. There was no hot water at all, and cold water was periodically turned off. There were cases of theft of money from the room. Rooms are also rented to locals for 2-3 hours.
Every day someone filmed this mess.

Only 2 days before departure, the ANEKSTUR travel agency offered us to move to Alanya, of course we refused. In addition, if at the time of departure you did not go to the reception at the appointed time, they will not rise to your room and will not look for you.
