Just returned from this hotel! I still do not understand how this hotel can be so praised! I am not the first time in Turkey and I know what five stars are in Belek, Bodrum!!! ! Side Breeze Hotel - a stretched FOUR!! ! Photos posted on the sites of tour operators do not correspond to reality!
1) We were settled almost at one o'clock (although we arrived at 9 am), and this was due to the fact that they simply stood over the soul of the Turk at the reception!
2) Housekeeping is terrible, towels and bedding were changed 1 TIME for the whole holiday!! ! And this is a 5 star hotel!
3) The beach is terribly dirty, they clean it every other time, the sunbeds are broken. Plastic bottles, cans, etc. are scattered everywhere.
4) Now we have reached the dining room (I can’t call it a restaurant). At rush hour, it’s better not to go out for dinner, firstly, there are no places, and secondly, this dining room is not designed for the number of people that are resting there. Napkins are almost never on the tables. The staff is not good at clearing the tables.
5) The pools are small, there are no places near them. the area of the hotel is very small.
6) Animation is designed only for the Germans.
For those who are accustomed to a certain comfort, I do not recommend this hotel!!!!!! !
