We flew with AZUR AIR, the plane is very comfortable. They gave headphones, children - a bracelet, pencils and a 3D picture. In flight, it was possible to watch a movie, a cartoon or a program on the on-board computer. The plane took off on time. We flew in joyful, happy, and then it began... IT was TUI. We stood at the airport for 2 hours, probably waiting for someone who left by taxi (according to the regulations, the driver must wait 2 hours). Okay, we waited. The guide quickly got on the bus, said that the driver would warn 5 minutes before the hotel and quickly disappeared. This is the first time we've encountered this. Let's go, the driver, except for the Turkish type, does not understand anything. Our hotel was the first on the list (about 1 hour 10 minutes), my husband notices that the driver is passing our hotel, approach the driver and tells him about it in English. But the driver keeps going. Brought us to the Serra Palace. But they didn’t expect us there... He turned around and nevertheless took us to our hotel. We were supposed to arrive at about 20:00, but in the end we arrived at 22:00. Arrived just no, tired, angry. And they meet us at the reception. . .
Together we laughed that we were transported. Booked a family bungalow room with garden view. But they didn’t give it to us (later they found out that animators are now living in the bungalow and prepared for covid-19), they began to ask us $ 10 for a room. In general, we refused to pay, gave us a room above the reception on the 2nd floor overlooking the Aqua Joy water park. The room is so all the rules, the walls, the ceiling without any stains and traces, good beds, white towels. The rooms have slippers and shower gel. BUT the audibility in the lobby is simply terrible, it constantly interfered, although nothing was heard what was happening in the neighboring rooms.

Nutrition. The food is not very varied in the restaurant: boiled eggs for breakfast, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, milk porridge, yogurt, pastries, sausage, cheese, delicious cherries in their own juice, dried apricots. Lunch and dinner - pasta, potatoes, rice, chicken and turkey, fish, but always cooked in different ways, vegetables, salads, smoked olives, olives. The meat was cooked on a spit, very tasty. Fruits - watermelon, apples, grapes, tangerines, oranges, sometimes there were nectarines and melons. There is a children's corner, there were sometimes nuggets, the children really liked them. But the corner worked only half an hour from the beginning of lunch (until 13:00) and from the beginning of dinner (until 19:00), if you come later, then there is nothing. Delicious sauces and dips! For those who arrive late, at 23:30 you can eat soup. From 14:30 delicious burgers are prepared, from 16:00 a pastry shop opens (cakes, waffles, cookies). from 15:30 they give ice cream. Alcohol - beer, rum, whiskey (for those who fly from TO TUI, Irish whiskey is available - balantays, sooo cool (ends quickly), Arabica coffee, crayfish, white, red, rose wine, baileys, gin tonic. You can take nuts for beer The only bad thing is that the staff imposes themselves, they put large portions, although you say everything), and for them the load is greater, one person for several counters, rushes back and forth.
staff and area. In general, the staff is very friendly. They constantly check, check the cleanliness of the territory, restaurant, hotel, kitchen. The rooms are cleaned at 3, at least leave a tip at least not, the result is the same. The water in the room was rarely replenished, but it did not bother us, in every bar you can go and take as much as you need. The territory is well-groomed, green, clean, there are fruit trees. The territory is constantly cleaned and washed. There are many ATMs near the hotel.
Animation. Children's animation is simply beyond praise! We have never met such a children's club. We were with 3 children, the children themselves rested in the club, and my husband and I also from the children). The club will be interesting for children from 6 to 12 years old. Animators Kirill, Diana and Nastya are constantly busy with children). All children are given a branded panama hat and T-shirt. For children there is exercise, animators teach children to swim and play in the pool, go with them to the slides. Every day a new program - either ghosts, they are dressed up, painted, then pirates - they make hats, quests, games - darts, bocce, relay races, face painting. Wednesdays are Toucan's birthday, they eat cake in the evening) (for 2 Wednesdays the cake was different), on Fridays they bake cookies. Mini disco in the evening, different songs. When the show starts at 21:30, children can watch cartoons. In general, children are supervised from morning to evening! Happy children and parents! Adult animation... At first they thought it was rotten animation and they could only glue single ladies in the evening, but it turned out to be rotten vacationers. Well later the Poles arrived and it became more fun. (In general, the Poles surprised me, even though they came with different families, couples, but in the end they met and were all together, a bunch. I myself found a common language with the Pole)))). So for adults there is beach volleyball, water polo, shooting from a gun, darts, but aqua aerobics is really rotten. In the evening, the show is all imported. For 14 days the show was repeated only 1 time. On Thursdays children's talents, on Fridays live music. Of course, we lacked any competitions for adults, but the shows were quite interesting. Sunday animation has a day off.
Beach. Sandy, entry into the sea is a small pebble, after a storm all the pebbles are washed into the sea, but then they are washed ashore again. The beach is clean and in general it has a blue flag. Fish swim, you can take a bun and feed them. From 12 o'clock they prepare cakes with different fillings, but they put little fillings). Beach bar - tea, coffee, lemonade, beer. The road to the beach is not annoying at all, you go look at the trees and enjoy, it takes 10-12 minutes to go. If you take the shuttle for 2 minutes, there is also a bus and a gazelle.

Opposite the hotel there is aquajoy water park. For five, we gave 430 lire. You can go for lunch and come back. If you leave the hotel and go to the right there is a pond, during the day ducks, fish swim, dragonflies fly. There is also a market there. It takes about 10 minutes to go to Side, about 20 minutes to the old town. It is interesting to walk around, see, you can take a tour there yourself. It takes about 15 minutes to go to Manavgat, there is a huge new mall, open until 22:00.
Hes - we were only asked for the code in the novamall, they didn’t ask anywhere else, they asked us to wear masks there, they didn’t demand it anywhere else. Children were not forced to put on masks in the Nova Mall either. Neither tests nor vaccination certificates were required anywhere. In general, everywhere is quiet and everything is calm (except for the Tula region... )
Children already want to return to this hotel). Would we return? -Yes, but only if there is fun animation for adults. The hotel can be recommended for families with children and for those who like a quiet holiday. The only thing I didn't like was wi-fi and sun loungers, they should be updated!
