The hotel's official beach is about 3 km (45 min walk), there is a city beach 1 km (15 min), but there are not overcrowded. Buses take you to the beach in the morning, and they bring you only at 14.15. 16-30, so lunch is in the span or about an hour in the heat itself. And at 17-00 everyone is expelled from the beach. When we rested, about 5 tourists from Russia wrote Pegasus a complaint about this hotel. Pros: Air conditioning in the room, swimming pool. Local beer, cola, water, tea, coffee, juice free of charge until 22-00 in the bar. If you are still going to this hotel, then you should go only with a company and with knowledge of English, go to explore the sights of Side (of which there are a lot) and eat at local restaurants (for 10-15 lira you can eat quietly, without frills, but good) , and in hotels only to spend the night, BUT A HOTEL ONLY FOR an overnight stay can be found much cheaper and much closer to the beach !!! ! A lot of guides and animators from Pegasus stay in hotels, mostly girls (most likely Pegasus has an agreement with this hotel), what local Turks use - hotel employees (everyone sleeps there with them), in fact, this is why this hotel is on the Pegasus lists.

The most important thing that struck Sertkaya (and, it seems, like everyone has long been accustomed to unpleasant surprises in Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia, etc. ) is the complete discrepancy between the description of the hotel on our websites and the real picture. Even the Pegasus website, which always seems to give more accurate information about hotels, this time surprised. So, I am writing only outright lies, which you will have to face if you are a Russian suicide and still dare to walk along the parapet. 1. Pegasus writes that the hotel is 3+. Don't believe. Firmly Sertkaya can be put only 1 and without any plus. 2. There is a main building, which does not look like a hotel at all (photo attached), not much different from ordinary neighboring residential buildings. Moreover, light cheap rooms (with the same service) are set up around, and they try (and successfully) to accommodate almost everyone who comes from Russia in these “rooms”. They are located respectively not on the territory of the hotel. The territory itself, by the way, is not 4t. meters, and not more than 50.3. From the airport they drove 90 minutes. Almost three hours to the airport. 4. As already mentioned, there is only one building on the territory, all other buildings are located outside the hotel. 5. There is a shower, there is even a curtain, but that's bad luck, it retreats 20 cm from the recess in the floor, depicting a booth. As a result, after each shower, the entire bathroom is flooded with water. If you washed up in the morning, then there is a hope that the water will dry up by 1-2 o'clock, but if you wash after the beach, that's it, you will walk around the room with wet feet until the evening. The water no longer dries up. (Photo attached). This is generally a feature of the room constant water in the bathroom. 6. TVs in all rooms are small and located under the ceiling. 6 programs (2 Italian, one Polish, the rest Turkishstan). 7. There are no Russian channels. (False)8. No minibar (False)9. There is no safe in the room (False). Safe at reception. This is a very interesting system. They give you to close the safe yourself (with two keys, where one remains with them), and when it turns out later that the safe is open, they say: they say, they closed it incorrectly. There is no telephone in the room (False). 12. There is no sauna, at least free. In all attempts to talk about it, I came across what kind of omertu. (Lie). 13. No Jacuzzi (False). 14. No table tennis (False). 15. There is no fitness room (gym) (False). 16. Animation was added in the form of two evening performances of our girls. 2 times in 8 days for 25 minutes. Well, enough, as they say, there is nothing to indulge. 17. The sun falls on the hotel completely somewhere around 11-12 days. Access to it is closed by various artificial flower canopies. Not the best place to sunbathe. 17. Some sites say that the sea is 900 meters away. Don't believe. At least half a mile. But that's not the point. You have reached the sea. But there are no our sunbeds. For those that are there, you have to pay (10 lire). Before our sunbed on foot actually stomp 3.5-4 km. There is a bus, but the earliest one is at 9.30, when many people have been sunbathing for a long time. Plus, the first one from the beach returns (leaves) only at 15.00. And before that, you at least get up there or stomp on foot. Naturally, there is no free bar on the beach, only a paid one. The beach itself is good. Sand is normal. The water is more or less clean. Naturally, in the city (and we are taken to the suburbs), both water and sand are much better. There are no beach towels. 18. Separate conversation - food. This is SOMETHING! I just have not seen this anywhere (Photo attached). If there is a miser somewhere, then this is Sertkaya. For me, now this name will be associated with the concept of BAD. When it seemed to me before that there was bad nutrition somewhere, I just didn’t know that it happens THAT is what happens. There's not even much to say here. There is SIMPLY NO food in Sertkaya. Look at the photo, this is all the food at lunch and dinner. Pastries, meat, vegetables, fruits - forget about this disgrace. Sertkaya simply saves on this. Although, of course, they tried to give something like meat a couple of times in 8 days. Well, the corners of the watermelon. Rejoice, as they say, residents of the East! Young people are tight there, of course, at least hang yourself. The hotel is located in a hole. Everyone has hopes for discos, but these are only hopes. Yes, and more adults are not particularly comfortable, no, not that comfort, but simply the usual conditions for three rubles. And, of course, a nice touch. For example, according to the schedule, lunch starts at 12.30, in fact it will start at about one, and when you arrive, at 12.40 they will be angry with you, they say, why are you bothering. Same with breakfast. The bus leaves at 9.30. You arrive at 9.25 and it's very easy to miss it. In general, a lot of such cute tricks. The hotel has only one bar, a meager selection of tea, coffee, drinks. The hotel guide Pegasus Svetlana is simply no. He is only engaged in his own business - he sells trips, hammams, etc. Everyone who arrives on the first day either swears at the hotel management or walks gloomy, trying to survive what he saw. But swearing is useless, no one cares. Most of the hotel is foreigners (for us), their operators really protect their own and the locals creep in front of them. Almost all the time I (as it turned out, others) did not have hot water. In the morning, a little hot flowed from the shower, but in the afternoon it was already cold, as in the evening. The sink was always cold. Talked about it every day. They grimaced, got angry, but only by the last day the hot water went. Draw your own conclusions. By the way, sometimes the water was turned off completely, and it was at the very time of returning from the beach. And yet, when I said through an interpreter that when I returned home, I would write about everything on the Internet that I saw in Sertkaya, telling the truth, he answered me that he did not care. As they say, welcome to visit us, dear Russians! Conclusion: If you do not want your vacation to be spoiled, it is better to overpay a couple of thousand and go to another hotel. The 21st century has simply not arrived in Sertkaya.
