I chose the hotel based on reviews, maybe mine will help someone make their choice)
So, we flew with my son for the first time, so I was worried and chose a hotel for a long time. And I did not lose))) the hotel is certainly not 5 *, strong 4 *. But for the money, I was ready for it. In general, everything was super, there were tiny "-", but we are always positive)))
Settlement. We arrived at 6:00 and check-in at 14:00. The son slept on the couch in the lobby (((they gave us $ 20 and we were settled by 10:00.
Number. Very good. We had one double bed and one single bed. The room is spacious. There is a TV, a couple of Russian channels, but we did not turn it on - there was no time) there is air conditioning. On the balcony there is a table and 2 chairs. Shower, toilet, bathroom accessories. The windows overlooked the trees and the private sector, so it was quiet. There was also a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar in the room. Free water and 2 juices in the fridge.
Cleaning. The room is not perfect, but relatively ok. The hotel is clean, lots of vegetation.
Pools. There are already 5 of them. With children's slides, with adult slides, one big one, the one that makes waves imitating the sea and near the restaurant one more + 2 tiny ones. The pools are clean.
Sea. Go to the sea for about 7 minutes, if lazy then every 30 minutes there is a bus. On the sea there is a separate territory of the Serenis hotel, there is a bar and snacks. Beach and entry into the sea sand. Chaise lounges with mattresses, canopies over them. The sea is shallow, for children ok) Large towels are issued.
Staff. Friendly, very hard work.
Kitchen. There were certainly not very tasty dishes, but the choice was good. In the evening, grilled meat, fish, vegetables. A couple of times there were shrimp, very tasty fish. Generally good)
Entertainment. Music plays throughout the day, animators entertain - aerobics, water polo, dancing by the large pool. Children's disco in the evening.
Wifi is only at the reception, but we went to rest, and not to sit on the phones. When it was necessary to call / write in Viber, relatives went downstairs, there are a lot of sofas)
