Wonderful location of the hotel: it’s really still the 1st line (in 2012, with the opening of the 5 * K / Elite hotel, a wasteland, which now in front of Sheker will probably be a territory - rather a garden, a new hotel and move ours to the 2nd line) No more than to the sea 5 minutes, considering the long path through the hotel, crossing the pedestrian promenade and you are already on the beach. Why are we going to the sea? The beach is wonderful - large, with gentle sand and an excellent gentle entry into the sea, so long that we adults were strained by the question: "When will we swim, where is the depth? ", But for kids and their parents - a paradise! build castles, splash in the sea knee-deep! There are enough sun loungers, beach fights bring mattresses quickly, but it’s not forbidden to take them yourself (the booth is to the left of the bar if you look at the sea), mattresses for all tourists from 4 and 5 * hotels are free. Canopies are stretched from the sun, which I consider more convenient than umbrellas, however, in mid-May the weather let us down, and we tried to put sunbeds closer to the sea under the open sun. The village in which the hotel is located is called Evrensiki, 6 km from Side, from the center of Manavgat about 15. Beautiful hotels have been built and are being built along the entire coast, the embankment is well executed - a place for walking, all in flowers, palm trees, equipped with gyms for general use. The village is quite large, there are many shops, a market opposite the main mass of hotels, 3-5 minutes walking from the hotel, the road along which dolmushi (minibuses) go, for 3 tur. lira you will be delivered even to Ancient Side, even to Manavgat.
The hotel consists of 5 buildings: 1.2, 3 around the pool, the windows overlook the pool or a fairly busy street (tour buses, cars run and you can hear the cheerful Manahus hotel (the one with a green roof), buildings 4 and 5 are a little "on the outskirts ", but they are quiet, all the rooms face the sea, in front of the 5th building there is already a new 5-star hotel (there is no noise from the construction, finishing is underway, they work only during the day), and in front of the 4th building there is a plowed field behind which is the sea, it was in it that we were settled in. As stated, we were provided with a standard double room, they did not refuse our request for one common bed, but it was clear that there were none in our building, so they simply sent the maid to make two beds together ( anyone can perform such a rearrangement). The room is very modest, the actual area of ​ ​ the room is 12 sq. m (2 beds, 2 bedside tables, a mirror with a table, a chair filled with water, phantom and cola minibar, TV, air conditioning) + a balcony on which there are 2 chairs and small dryer + antechamber (a closet in one section of which a safe is fixed; when using the safe, payment on the reception is $ 3 per day) + bathroom (bathroom, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer, telephone, shampoo, gel, soap and cream for body + cap for the shower, cotton swabs and napkins were no longer replenished (perhaps due to the fact that we had not used them to the end). Everything worked properly. In general, in almost the same rooms, a bunk bed for children is also installed, because it is worth considering whether it makes sense to take such a room for a family of 4, if the children are large - it's a bit crowded! And there was plenty of room for two. The furniture is not old, everything is clean, although the linen was changed after 3 days - excellent. Towels are changed as often as you wish, we were changed daily. Cleaning in the room is decent regardless of the tip.
Food - a large choice, there were beef and lamb, chicken and fish, daily you can choose from a diet table, as well as grilled dishes and local dishes (from the latter you can upset your stomach out of habit), so it’s better not to experiment, there are a lot of sweets, drinks on any taste, in the morning they offer freshly squeezed juices from $ 2 for a fee, the only minus was not enough fruit: the choice is limited to apples, pears, great fruits, there was a melon a couple of times a week. Oranges, kiwi, strawberries, pineapple only as decorations for cold appetizers or confectionery. The hotel has 2 a la carte restaurants, they were almost always free. The beach bar also offers hot dishes for lunch (just a smaller choice and no soups) , because you can not go to the main restaurant.

Animation is a separate issue. Firstly, I warn you, the hotel is not designed for Russian tourists, because you don’t expect the Russian language from the animation team, since the volleyball leader learned the score in Russian, the rest will communicate with you in German or English, and in the afternoon you will have exercises, more , darts, water polo and volleyball on the beach, the hotel has free billiards and table tennis. An excellent hammam (Turkish bath) and a sauna, if without procedures, then visiting is free (the complex at the hotel is $ 50, at the exit from the guide 25) Evening animation is passive, designed for the European Balzacovsky and older, even at the evening of live music everyone just listens, sipping beer or cocktails. If you want to have fun, then 2 times a week in the neighboring five Seher resort spa there is a disco, and in the evenings there is more active. I heard that they are taken to the new Seher palace resort 5 * (next to Manakhs). However, only the nearest five are allowed on the slides, as well as walking on its territory.
In conclusion, I’ll say that a quite decent hotel, designed for a relaxing holiday, is not for nothing that the bulk of the tourists are from Scandinavia, Great Britain, 20 percent are pure Germans, there are Poles, Czechs, Russians and Ukrainians began to catch up by the beginning of summer. I recommend that grandparents take their little grandchildren, if not to this hotel, then at least to the area, and send their parents to a more active resort. There are young people in the hotel, but with small children and ready to deal with them!
