We chose this hotel based on the photo and description, everything was very "tasty" presented. The price for the end of the season (end of October) was not low. Traveled with a 4 year old.
When we entered the hotel, we gasped at its beauty and scale, it seemed that we were in a very cool place, everything looked expensive and rich! BUT as it turned out - SHOWN. They settled us quickly, although the time was early and we were preparing to wait until the check-in time, but apparently due to the fact that there were not many tourists this month, we were immediately taken to the room. The room was given with a view of the sea, and not the cemetery (thank God), but we discussed this moment even before departure with a travel agent.
Having settled in, they were also satisfied with the room and the view from it, everything seems to be clean and fresh. Then we ran for breakfast, the food was poor, but we decided this because we arrived very late and all the most delicious had already been eaten. In fact, this is not the case and breakfast is always like this)
We spent the whole day on the water (the sea and the pool), so there was no time to evaluate the rest. The water in the pool was cold, I was worried about my daughter, since she did not get out of the pool, the sea was sooooo warm!
Having decided to drink alcohol at dinner, we realized that everything was local spill, to the question of what the hell is it, because we have ultra... and they promised imports, we were told that this year the policy of all hotels is due to the pandemic, we turned, but Later we found out that this is nonsense!
On the second day, an epiphany began... There was no shampoo or other jars with bathroom accessories in the room, I am silent about bathrobes and slippers, they are apparently absolutely not provided. I had to go to the market for shower products. Towels were changed every day, the refrigerator was full only on the day of arrival, it was not replenished again. Cleaning was every day in the room, BUT the linen was never changed in 10 days, washed with one mop, just carrying everything across the floor. By day 10, even a child was embarrassed by the amount of hair on the floor! The ashtray on the balcony was removed and washed by us, since Cleaning did not even go to the balcony.
Food: We ate rice, pasta, vegetables, greens, chicken and fast food. Everything is very bad for a hotel of this level! Moreover, not a single Russian menu, not a single Russian-speaking staff, the composition of the dish was explained to us by gestures and the sound of animals! ((And funny and ashamed!
We didn’t understand at all how it happened that only a dark-skinned children’s animator understands Russian! Nobody else! at the hotel there is supposedly a Russian-speaking employee Irina (if I'm not mistaken), but we saw her 1 (! ) time and then, her "friendliness" leaves much to be desired.
Children's animation is also terrible, yes, there is a type of children's room, but neither I nor my daughter dared to go there, it's dark, there are dirty bags of chairs for watching cartoons, some kind of plastic rocking chairs, and balls from a dry pool, everything is also terribly dirty... On the street there was an opportunity to draw with sand, gouache, but everything is PAYED (12 euros)
Gym! Yes, there is, but this is a monstrous gym, out of 4-5 cardio machines, only one treadmill is connected to the network!! ! Everything is broken, dirty, shabby, not pleasant to touch! In general, it can be safely deleted from the list of the hotel.
Indoor pool! Yes, it is also there, but we never got into it, since it is exactly CLOSED! Why is he there if you can't get into him? ! We tried to come at different times, but no.
Hamam! Yes, there is also, but it is cold! ) There is no point in it. The relaxing massage area is good, but for 40 euros and more!
In general: the hotel is sooooo big, very beautiful in terms of interior, everything is so abandoned, as if everyone spat on maintaining it, that in three years it will simply fall apart. Change at least sun loungers! They are barely breathing.
AAA, the most monstrous - DIRTY dishes! It was just a quest for me, to find clean cutlery, glasses, glasses, plates. . . When they pour wine into my glass with lipstick - it's humiliating!
The hotel is purely for EUROPEANS, the Russians will be uncomfortable there, and we are not particularly welcome there, there was a touch of tension from the staff towards Russian tourists.
