The police could not do anything and we stayed overnight on the sofa at the hotel reception. In the morning the police were called again, some of us were taken to the police station, my friend with the child flatly refused and stayed at the hotel. Many, with whom the hotel did the same, do not contact, do not stand up and leave losing money. We learned about this from the guests of this hotel, they said that in this hotel there are always some sort of showdowns with vacationers and the police.

In appearance and taste, it is fatty juicy pork, fragrant liver, harsh but tasty beef. Only later, after reading the inscriptions near the dishes, we understand that all this is made from chicken and turkey. How so? And here comes the understanding why it takes 4 years to become a chef. A variety of dishes were served every day. In addition to meat, there were different fish and seafood. Large selection of cheeses, olives and vegetables. And the abundance of sweets just confuses losing weight people. The food system in the conditions of a pandemic in Sayanore, when you put gloves on yourself is much more convenient than in those hotels, when the staff puts you on a plate. There are always empty seats and no queues. Every evening for dinner, the chef surprised us with some masterpiece. And it was always a little show with fire, fireworks, smoke: kebabs, kebabs, shawarma, burgers, baked leg, tuna.
The waiters are the second attraction of the hotel. They are so attentive, polite, anticipate your desire literally by sight and do everything promptly, as if you are the most honored guest or best friend here. I understand that the waiters in the hotel, they are also animators after dinner, so turn on the guests and involve everyone in dancing, that in this disco near Barsky and again gray night EVERYONE DANCING! Including the Germans. The waiter Aziz was especially impressed. The rooms are cleaned every day, linen is constantly changed. Every day they make something interesting out of towels.
In the morning, jogging along the embankment, mostly Russians. It pleases that we have a sports country. True, I never found anywhere in Side even an ordinary horizontal bar. We swam in the sea for hours, as the temperature in the sea on October 1 felt +26. Air during the day +28. In the morning it was cool at least +18. The hotel has 2 swimming pools. The water is cooler than in the sea, about +24. The sea, if there are no big waves, is transparent. And the beach behind old Side is even cleaner. We enjoyed it more and there were fewer people.
In the evening, there is always a lot of fun near the restaurant, but at 23-00 the hotel is quiet! An elderly couple, who comes to the hotel not for the first time, was moved to the neighboring Park Hotel without any problems. It's always quiet there.
Every Wednesday at the hotel from 19 to 23 Turkish night. We really enjoyed! Dinner with a variety of dishes, chef's show with torches and fireworks, performance by guest artists and dancing at the end.
We did not plan to buy anything in Turkey, but in the end we bought a lot of clothes and shoes of good quality at ridiculous prices. Usually after lunch we went shopping and malls, of which there are a lot within walking distance near Sayanory. In Novomole it is somehow expensive, In Waikiki the prices are the same as ours. In Sala Pazari 82 the quality is not very good. But in the Outlet, through which they went to the beach, prices and quality turned out to be optimal.
I noticed that the Germans in the hotel were more than half of all visitors and it seemed that they had a special attitude.
I express my gratitude to the hotel management for the excellent organization of the rest of visitors. We arrived on the first flight, after the lifting of restrictions due to covid-19, from Novosibirsk somewhere around 15:00, lunch was not offered. We quickly settled a room in the building where the reception is on the 2nd floor of the Standard Room, everything is in working condition although not the first freshness, the cleaning in the room is normal if you do not look into the corners and under the bed, the towels were changed every day, probably because of this they look shabby.

Stayed here at the end of May 2021. The Sayonora is small, clean and cosy. The location is good for a tourist who likes to walk around the area. Everything is close. A leisurely step to the beach is 5 minutes, to the ancient city with an amphitheater, the temple of Apollo, the museum of antiquities - 15 minutes.

The hotel staff is highly commendable. The guys are friendly, sociable and helpful. The bar and restaurant staff work hard to keep you satisfied. And since there were still relatively few guests in the hotel, all the attention in the restaurant is provided to you. The work of the chef is also impeccable.

To which the “nice girl” calmly asks a counter question: “Are you really going to settle together in a two-room suite? ”
I understand that the scam was swinging, I propose to continue the conversation with the fact that the “nice girl” will read in front of me which number is registered in our hotel voucher...
The rhetoric immediately changes, we are told that there are no such numbers yet, “You live in this for now, and then we will come up with something. ”
I understand, the scam continues:
- I propose, temporarily, instead of one two-room apartment, to settle us in two one-room "standards".
- We don't do that.
- Then I propose, before our settlement, to call, for starters, a representative of the tour operator to document the fact of violation of the contract...

We were settled for one night in a paid class room in another hotel, the next day in the morning we were settled in a paid Sayanora room.
Now a few words about the hotel guide. If someone thinks that the guide will help in resolving controversial issues, he is deeply mistaken. Let me explain with our example.
An employee in the form of "ANEX Tour", who called herself Alina, came to the "information meeting" in a rather "wound" state and "from the threshold" stated that some tourists allow themselves to make scandals. The hotel administration itself knows what is best for the tourist and does everything for this. The owner of the hotel is very principled and evicts brawlers. There have been cases. . .
Then the process of rather aggressive “pushing in” excursions from Anex Tour began, demanding their immediate purchase. This form of communication completely repelled the desire to buy anything from Anex, which in turn caused Alina's additional anger (question to ANEX Tour regarding the adequacy of the selection of employees).
In the future, the rest was quite "smooth". Except for the "slanting glances" of the reception and Alina's "pouted lips", the rest of the staff is quite friendly and honestly made every effort to create a comfortable stay for tourists.
RESULT: the hotel is quite suitable for relaxation. But personally, I buy a tour to a hotel, where, like in "Turkish roulette", where you can:
- to settle in a room with a class higher (I won’t lie, there were cases),
- to settle in a room with a class below,
- to accommodate a neighbor so that it is not boring if you decide to relax alone,
- evict if you decide to defend your rights (the official representative of the tour operator will not lie),

I don't mean to say that you should never come here. But keep in mind a number of points and think, maybe it's worth paying extra for 4 stars.

If you want housekeeping not to wake you up after dinner, but come in the morning - forget it. If you want to complain about disgusting soy milk, they will lie to you that other milk is prohibited in Turkey (it is normal in a coffee machine, magic).
3) There are a lot of undocumented rules, there are no signs, they will simply announce to you that you can’t go to the bar in the restaurant in swimming trunks (there is no pool bar, your problems), you can’t pour coffee from the car yourself, although it’s not written anywhere, wait for the waiter . This time, Mustafa and Said came from Pegasus, wonderful funny guys with a sense of humor, exchanged phone numbers, they said, which stores are open and which are not, how to get to Nova Mall, they kindly offered and organized a transfer from the hotel and back to my favorite Gizia brand store in Antalya. After Gizii we were taken to Nova Mall. We bought two excursions from them, very bright and with adrenaline on a quad bike safari and rafting at discounted prices, that we bought two excursions the same as in the city. Room cleaning even for a tip leaves much to be desired. The cleaners are nice and polite women, but in 28 days, for example, the floor under the bed was not washed even once for me.
