It's not the first time I'm vacationing in Turkey. The Armas Regency hotel was chosen based on the ratio of price-quality criteria, having previously studied the reviews on the Internet and the recommendations of a friend who had previously been to this hotel. By the way, looking ahead, after an exchange of views and acquaintance with my video reports, a friend noted that after the renovation the hotel has changed for the better.
I purchased a tour package through Biblio Globus, got a flight on October 3 from Aeroflot there and on October 10 from Rossiya - back. What pleased me, this time there were no delays in departure.
The only thing, almost 40 minutes, had to wait in Alanya for a company of vacationers of 5 people who decided to get to the hotel on their own and did not deign to simply warn the meeting guides about this.

The road from the airport to the hotel took about an hour and a half, taking into account the fact that vacationers were first brought to 4 other hotels. Ours was the latest. But the evening settlement has its plus. In Armas Regency, after filling out the questionnaire, they immediately provided room 336 on the third floor of the main building. Sufficiently spacious "standard" with 2 single beds, sofa bed, plasma TV, huge mirrors in the room and bathroom. The shared bathroom is also basic, with a full set of towels, bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, bars of soap replenished as they were used by the maids. By the way, the room was cleaned daily, towels and bed linen were changed, 1.5 liter eggplants with drinking water were also put every day. And when checking in, in addition to a 1.5 liter bottle of water and a liter eggplant with mineral water, there were two 0.5 liter bottles of Fanta and Pepsi-Cola in the refrigerator. And also, as already mentioned above, as a compliment - a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit. Small, but nice).
Yes, there is also a wardrobe with hangers in the room and there is a safe, which is provided for free use.
Another plus is free wi-fi. Even on the beach sometimes worked. Much has been said about the beach and entering the sea above. And yes, sometimes fish or other creatures bite in the water, but their preferences are purely selective, that is, some of the swimmers are pinched right up to the blood, others are not touched.
In our race, beach volleyball was popular with many vacationers. Probably, a cheerful beach animator who loves to chat and amuse the audience with his paradoxical statements-reasonings in Russian plays a certain role.
Personally, I was also pleased with the area around the hotel - also not at all small in size, very well-groomed. In addition to all kinds of slides and several pools, there is a show entertainment area with a stage and an entertainment complex-park for kids, cute gazebos, benches, arches and even carousels. However, apparently, they are not in demand. At least during my stay, no one wanted to ride them for an additional fee.
The gym was not particularly popular with our arrival. But I liked it there just the fact that there is a good arsenal of simulators and you can pump up various muscle groups without prying eyes)
Separately, it must be said about the spa. I must admit, at first I doubted whether it was worth taking the procedure. But I still decided not to change the traditional ritual with a hammam, foam massage, etc. And didn't regret it at all. Firstly, perhaps for the first time I meet in a Turkish resort an exceptionally delicate administrator of the spa service, who does not impose anything, is exceptionally pleasant in communication. Unfortunately, I did not remember the name of this young man. And the massage is done with impeccable quality by a specialist named Genghis Khan, who owns the skills of a professional chiropractor-practitioner.

Yes, given the turbulent epidemiological shutdown, you are required to wear a mask to the canteen, if you don’t have one, then they will give you at the entrance, be sure to measure the temperature with a non-contact thermal imager. By the way, all the hotel employees themselves, even those who work under the sun on the beach, are constantly wearing protective masks. Again, in order to protect the guests as much as possible, food and drinks of their choice are given out by catering staff. Well, yes, sometimes there are queues, but not so huge as to be indignant.
You have to give credit to the hotel staff. Even those who do not understand Russian try to fulfill the wishes of vacationers. And there are no fatal congestions. Despite the fact that there are a lot of people and everyone is provided with cutlery separately packed in paper bags, the staff quickly cleans up used dishes, disinfects each table and lays out clean napkins and cutlery. Yes, and they smile at you as if they were your own, and the guys at the distribution also have time to joke.
Probably, the hotel management pays special attention to the selection of personnel. At least you can feel the generally friendly attitude of the staff towards the guests. And if there are any problems, they are solved without delay. Only on the second day in the evening I discovered that the hose in the shower cabin was full of holes, that is, the water does not reach the leka and siphon from the hose. After dinner, I told the administrator girl about this (she speaks and understands Russian very well). Literally five minutes later, a plumber ran into the room and replaced the hose with a new one.
You can order real Turkish coffee at the lobby bar. It has a specific thick and rich taste, it is prepared in a separate coffee machine (not the one from which espresso, cappuccino, etc. is poured) and served in tiny cups. There are bartenders mixing some cocktails. Can't comment on the quality, I haven't tried it.
In general, quite a nice hotel and friendly staff, to whom special thanks for a pleasant stay.
