We vacationed in the summer of 2023. Upon check-in, they gave me a dead economy price (they paid standard), there was dirt all around: someone’s hair on the walls in the bathroom, a brush in the toilet, from the balcony a view of the garbage being thrown into the space near the pool, dirty towels, strong audibility, broken towel holder . There is a huge queue of dissatisfied tourists at the reception. The next day we were moved to the standard we paid for. When asked to change the towels, the cleaning lady replied: “I have two towels per floor. ” The cleaning was poor, the electricity was cut off for several hours every day, there were also problems with water, and there were spiders in the room. The food is monotonous, there is not much choice, but you can find something, once I got poisoned from soup. There were often not enough forks and knives, you had to wait, the plates were almost all dirty, there were cats and birds all around. The sun loungers on the beach are dead.
