We arrived at 8 o'clock, gave a bracelet and breakfast, and promised to check in at 14:00. We went for a walk, we were not going to pay extra, we didn’t particularly insist on settling in, but even at 13-30 we were told that the check-in was at 14-00. But at 14-30 they showed 3 numbers, from which it became clear that there were numbers, but no one planned to behave like a human being here. Later they realized that it’s better not to have any requests and questions for the staff: if they don’t fulfill it, they will say that they don’t speak Russian (the translator won’t save), they promise and won’t do it, or they’ll come up with something else))) For the first time I saw the hotel workers, who don't even smile. . .
On the first night, they froze, in the morning they asked for blankets, they said that the cleaner would bring it in the afternoon. It doesn't matter that it's cold now))) During the day, they periodically went into the room, there were no blankets, before dark they barely asked for blankets, they came up at least 5 times.
The feeling of nausea from communication with the staff did not pass. For this reason, we decided to dump for 2 days in Cappadocia: this is the best thing that happened on this trip! But even here they threw us with lunch boxes: they agreed through the translator, promised, in the evening I reminded them - they said okay, they didn’t give anything in the morning!

Due to the unwillingness to stand in lines, they were constantly left without salads and sweets. Grill for dinner: chicken, duck, trout. As a result, the food is good, but the process itself did not deliver pleasure. The bar is also with queues, but tolerable))) We especially noted ayran and hot chocolate. Alcohol without prejudice. There is a similar bar on the beach. They fried cakes, gave lunch, dined mainly on the beach.
The beach is normal, a river flows into the sea there, so the water is not very clean and cool. We swam a little apart.
A car takes you to the sea every 10 minutes. The driver of this car is the only positive person in the hotel: he also did not speak Russian, but he behaved like a human being and smiled))) respect to him and chocolate)))
Animation Entertainment: German music in the morning, heard music in the evening and saw tricks once. There was volleyball on the beach.
