We have already been to Turkey, were in the "three-ruble note" and liked everything. We decided to relax in 4 * and just regret that we chose this hotel. The reviews were good and people bought vouchers precisely because of these reviews. We tried to adapt and relax. Absolutely everything that tourists write is true. There is no service. If there is no wine and beer, it is bad, but not fatal, but when there is simply no water, and tap water is poured into the coolers, then what can we talk about. Nobody wants to solve problems, the attitude towards tourists is like cattle, they bought cheap and don’t count on anything. We traveled in four for 10 days, the ticket cost 88.500. We didn’t choose according to the principle - it’s cheap, but we liked the rooms and the fact that the hotel is family-run. Wrote an official claim on the Sunrise tour about improper service, they just unsubscribed. The hotel guide Musa stupidly breeds for money. I got sick and couldn’t go on a $60 paid fishing trip, I asked for this money either to organize something else, or to return the money or part of it. Exhausted all the nerves, no money, no trip. Just theft.
