The man did not speak Russian well, wrote down our data and said: “Now you can leave your things right here and let's go eat. ” As it turned out, there are no rooms and we are not the first ones who have encountered this, we were offered to spend the night in the lobby until 3 in the morning. This was followed by my loud screams, calls to the hot line and everything that should have at least somehow solved this problem. The owner of the hotel, Sinbad, said that he had another hotel and he could take us there for that night and....left for a foam party, we did not see him again that evening! Wow, what a service! Maximum care for your guests.
A girl who introduced herself as an assistant in this hotel offered us to stay in her room, and she herself would spend the night in another place. OK. As a result, we were settled in our room only at 10:30 the next day.
And as it turned out, these are not all surprises. There is no refrigerator, telephone, safe in the room, hair dryer does not work, 2 out of four sockets work, air conditioning works like a fan, does not cool and constantly turns off by itself! We were provided with two towels (small and large) for two, I asked to bring more, they promised to bring it to me, but I never waited. These same two towels for 7 days of stay did not change! The bed was not made and also did not change, the garbage was not thrown out and the room was not cleaned at all. Everything is dirty and broken.
The food is disgusting, a very meager menu, you can see that what was not eaten today will definitely appear tomorrow, only generously seasoned with spices and this can go on for 3 days! The rest of the french fries can generally be stuffed into a salad)))) Flies are circling over the products, it all looks unpleasant and it is simply impossible to eat. Half of the tables are broken, the tablecloths are terribly dirty, no one cleans them. You can rarely get some drinks at the bar, mugs are constantly busy, everything is constantly running out. The staff works in their everyday clothes, there are at most 8 people working there and they all do each other's work, the guy from the reception can stand behind the bartender, hence the problem that there is no one at the reception.
For 7 days at the hotel three evenings the power went out for more than 2 hours. Wifi catches only in the lobby and intermittently. In the last days of our stay, fleas were noticed on the bed..... I don't know what else to add. This is a terrible hotel and I certainly do not recommend it to anyone, it is not worth your single ruble. The real bum.

Hello. If you have high demands and need for noise and din, then you are not here. The hotel is located in the center of Side. A very cozy place. There are a lot of trees around, everything is comfortable at home. A little to the side across the road, chickens run, local kids frolic. There are no crowds of people, traders, markets and cars.

At the same time, Migros is 3 minutes away (like our Auchan, Pyaterochka), and other shops, which have prices much lower than on excursions.
They have their own beach, which they take at 10 and return to the hotel at 16. If you leave the beach earlier, 2 dollars per person, a young driver has a dollar, you can walk, but it's 35 minutes. Who cares, but I liked that beach only by the presence of their free sunbeds and umbrellas. The coast itself has a sharp entry into the sea (3 meters and deep). The beach is sandy, but the very entry into the sea of their small pebbles, which, if thrown to the feet by a wave, is not very pleasant.
It is much more pleasant to walk 15 minutes to the common hotel beaches. The entrance is gentle, it’s convenient to enter, you can just stand there, everywhere there is sand, whoever is with the kids is a blessing. One of the disadvantages of this coast is that in some places there are protruding reefs - you just have to be careful.
As for food at the hotel, when. The days when you eat everything and everything is delicious sometimes alternate with the absence of meat (it happened one day and you boiled up and everything was fine). Of the fruits, melon and watermelon....they say there were apricots and cherries, but not with us.
Drinks: juices (more often for children), fanta, sprite, pepsi
Alcohol: wine, beer, vodka, gin - free of charge, rake and whiskey for money
The hotel staff tries, every guest is like a personal guest. Music during the day, games in the evening, dancing, they take them to discos in the city and to another hotel (from the same owner) - there is a show, a foam disco... something else....everyone returned satisfied.
Inet catches better in the morning and in the evening, in the afternoon in fits and starts.
For settlement. I'm lucky. We were brought at 23.00, settled, personally prepared a meal for us. When we entered the room, we were a little disappointed, there were some shortcomings. However, it was cleared up the next morning.

The tour operator informed someone incorrectly, he said that the sea was nearby. There were many people who simply flocked from all hotels - 3 * and 4 *, because there is no place for them. Again, tears, curses...
And this is not the problem of this particular hotel, but in general for booking.
