The staff is German and English speaking, as 50% of tourists are from Germany and 25% of Slavs and Turkish citizens each. Check-in, service, service - quickly and unobtrusively. The rooms have air conditioning, TV safe (10 euros), mini fridge, bathroom combined with shower, wardrobe, bed, balcony with two chairs and a table. Room after renovation - everything works without problems. The territory is small, but well-groomed.
A separate topic is food. Respect to the chef - all products are fresh and of good quality. Buffet (if something ended, they apologized and immediately brought it). Not every day, but there was grilled dorado, barbecue and chopped cutlets. The rest of the assortment is small, but made at home. Alcohol in the bar for a fee. There are no queues, since the service of the hall is at the level (everything is fast with a smile, the treatment of the table with antiseptics after each vacationer, and they will also say thank you if you move the dishes to the edge of the table). We were in Side about ten years ago in the top five, so that five is still very far from this top three.
Of the shortcomings, a small sandy beach, where on the first day there was an attempt to cut cabbage for a sunbed. But the sea is gorgeous, warm, with a minimum wave, as the beach is located in a large bay. As a result, if you take the price-quality ratio, then the hotel is definitely recommended.
