We rested at the end of June 2024 in this hotel. The choice fell on this hotel because it was relatively affordable and was recommended by a travel agency. It took two days to get to our destination without sleeping. We arrived at the hotel at 5 am. There were no rooms available. They offered us breakfast at 7 am and promised us a room after 12 o'clock. But the miracle did not happen either at 13, or at 14, or even at 15 o’clock. When we contacted the reception, we were told that there were current tourists who arrived after 7 am and they needed to be checked in first. They were not interested in our very early arrival and simply forgot about us. Although we really wanted to sleep and we had a child with us. The husband freaked out and went through the floors to look for a free room himself. Then he made sure that the cleaning lady cleaned it quickly. As a result, after lunch we finally checked in. They wanted to change to a Family room, but the administrator of Tajik nationality pointed out to us that we had paid for Standard and there was nothing better to ask for.
We were very unpleasantly surprised. Because they always changed it to Family. There was an opportunity to change to Family in Acadia for an additional fee (same owner). But we were refused. Although other families were changed in front of us. I would like to draw attention to this nuance from the hotel’s main managers and management (in particular, the short Tajik administrator, I don’t remember her name, talks unpleasantly to tourists). We have never seen such an attitude before.
The area is not large, but cozy. Swimming pool. This is where the territory ends. There was a variety of food. No red fish, lamb or shrimp. The disadvantage is that the bus to the beach leaves until 18:00. After 18:00, the walk to the beach is about a kilometer and a half one way. In the evening the beach is dark and there is no entertainment on it. Often straw and leaves from a river that flows nearby floated in the water. Vacationers often flew by parachutes over the water above the swimmers.

I was afraid that it would break off and fall on my head. The floor near the pool is poorly cleaned. I slipped on the second day of rest on the tiles while I was filming the child. She fell and hit her head hard on the tile. The blow was so strong that I couldn’t get up on my own. My husband came to save me. A lot of huge bumps formed on the back of my head and I ended up with severe headaches throughout my vacation. Elevators often break down. Before leaving for the airport, my husband got stuck in the elevator. The manager reacted quickly and a technician came and opened the elevator. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. The holiday was mixed. We were in four with the best service.
