We go to Camellia all the time. We arrived with a small child at night. While to Odessa, while the flight and the hotel were about 2 hours. I couldn't check in by 5. I ran after the managers, and they have some kind of delegations there, they have no time, a large influx. Although the check-in, when we used to go, after 12 they settled without problems, but here they barely settled by 6. And then the circus began. We have a voucher for 3, and the room has only 2 beds. No beds, no towels, all for two. And the guides did nothing about it. We slept together with the child on the same bed. Beautiful very large area, 1st line. Convenient sandy entrance to the sea for a child. The food is very good. We do not use animation, although there is a very large selection of everything. There are practically no Russian-speaking staff and they don’t speak much English. And guides do not help in solving problems. I had to download a Turkish translator and try to negotiate myself.
