At a late check-in, they didn’t feed us, although the representative of the travel agency promised that they wouldn’t leave us hungry, I was with a child, we couldn’t buy food, because there were no cafes or shops nearby, it’s a shame that if we hadn’t stood for 40 minutes at the station (a 5-minute drive from the hotel), we would have had time for dinner, but the driver was having lunch, and the company is no longer interested in us after payment
2. The room is big, but.... fungus in the bathroom, broken furniture, torn linen and a broken heated towel rail on the balcony, the linen is really clean, but has seen better days
3. The food in the restaurant was surprising, after being received at the reception and the room, I expected worse. But there is no meat, sausages and sausages are rubbish, only watermelon from fruit, tomatoes are unripe. In the morning we ate pancakes, and then went to the beach, where you could have a decent bite to eat. The child ate french fries and hamburgers, I had salads and coffee, I did not return for lunch at the hotel (we tried it once and realized that it was better on the beach). For dinner, a couple of times they made chicken on an open fire. The staff at the restaurant is well trained and left a very pleasant impression.

4. But the rest of the staff is something....undisguised rudeness and disregard for the reception and spa. It was impossible to change beach towels, washed it myself, cursed, but it was useless. I received the key on the towel only in the evening, that is, the first day I couldn’t sunbathe and swim, I didn’t buy it, because I didn’t want to put things in my luggage on the way back. Especially unpleasant type Emran, in the guest book wrote everything I think about the service at the hotel, but he only smirked, probably everything was pulled out and thrown away.
Bottom line: believe me, I'm not a prude, but the hotel can claim a maximum of three stars, and even then with a minus, thanks only to the chef in the restaurant for a couple of pleasant evenings. Of the pluses, one can name the presence of alcohol, but I did not drink it, several times it ended earlier than the evening ended. The child had to buy ice cream for $ 2, since there was never anything tasty for dessert
