Merhaba everyone!
To begin with, after reading the "negative" reviews, they really wanted to change the hotel, but, the season, it's expensive, because there was an early booking and the prices "took off". the picky ones wrote, or they were nowhere but their village - relax in our Black Sea hotels for this money - that's where the "Soviet" service is! ).
We bought a tour from Coral Travel. Flight-Turkish airline "Onurair" - everything is fine, our "VimAvia" did not interfere with learning from them.
Transfer - fast. Clearly and politely - everything is clear. Comfortable bus -1.5 hours and did not notice.
We arrived late, at 22, we didn’t have time for dinner. We were placed immediately - "standard bungalow". -more than enough. Near the restaurant, the window to the courtyard and quiet. At the reception, everyone is polite, no rudeness! True, not all Turks at the reception understand Russian well, but we prepared for this - we learned a little Turkish words and phrases .

As for changing the room, no problem, the next morning they came to the reception. We were shown other rooms in the bungalow and the main building - Ana Bina. We decided to stay in the same one. By the way, about the notorious main, 4-storey building, it is more expensive, , did not like it. Stuffy, noisy, and the same size (this is a standard room).
Food. Diverse, plenty, tasty. Everyone had enough - both plates and places. Plates - clean. Staff - in gloves. From the minus - meat - chicken, rarely beef. no one was poisoned. By the way, the Russians are noticeable in the mountains of half-eaten food. It was even disgusting, the impression that we are all starving!
Additionally, you can have a snack in the snack bar-hamburgers. salads, chicken snacks.
Drinks are all chilled, on every corner. Water is bottled, everywhere, in refrigerators, incl. and on the beach, you can take it freely and as much as you like. Alcohol-little gin, vodka and beer. Normal.
Cleaning. Relatively normal, the bathroom was cleaned, toilet paper in excess, the floor is not always washed. Bed linen is changed every day, towels are changed every day. Beach-free exchange every day in the spa.
Beach. Pebble, take coral slippers, it hurts to enter the sea or from the pier. Loungers with umbrellas are enough. The sea is warm and clean, though deep at once.
Additionally, a sauna is free. In the spa salon - for a fee - fish (I don’t know what they are called, which eat old and rough skin of the legs) and massage is not cheap, but they do it for a long time and professionally.
The contingent of Russians is about 30%, the rest are Turks, Poles, Germans, Ukrainians and other nationalities.
Souvenirs. Or on site (a little expensive), there is also a leather shop, or across the road, shops where you can bargain well. There is no point in going somewhere for souvenirs, tea, scarves and other things.
Excursions. From $ 30-50 per person, with a good guide, we went to Side (lunch included), but, hot, hard in the heat. We took across the road from Murat (or "Uncle Misha"). An interesting sightseeing bus, without a window.
Currency. Take small dollars. There are ATMs, but they take a commission.
Storage of valuables and money in the room. In a suitcase under the lock. We did not use the safe, for a fee and the old model.
Wi-Fi is available, but could not connect.

Calls, SMS and Internet are very expensive in Turkey, connect special tariffs for the duration of the trip.
The territory is a botanical garden! Well-groomed, watered.
And yet, mosquitoes in the room, take a fumigator.
And if you leave a dollar to the maid, she will make "swans" out of sheets.
It seems everything. Yes, the TV worked, though the old model.
In general, a clean "4".
With all respect, Andrew. N. Novgorod.
