The team of staff always smiled and tried to make the stay perfect. The general manager of the hotel is just an excellent leader, and as we say, a business executive! He is always on the territory, he is not visible, but he is always there and controls everything so that the guests feel comfortable. Thanks to the animation team Charlie, aka Mehmet)) tried to organize cool leisure time under the conditions of the "corona infection"... The hotel staff is special, THANKS, you are great. And although your smiles are not visible under the masks, your eyes always smiled.
In general, the hotel is 4 stars, but if there was a separate rating and award for the staff, I would give 10 stars! The girls at the front desk are cool. We arrived early so we didn't have to wait until 2pm to check in. We were immediately found a room and settled with the children, no one asked for money for this service. The number itself is excellent, even the Ukrainian channel 5 showed. So we were not left without fresh news from the Motherland ; -)
The food is excellent too. Everything is delicious and varied. To those who write about long queues, these are the conditions in a pandemic. But I don't understand what it can be about if the hotel operates on an ultra all inclusive system and was fed 24 hours a day. Whoever was hungry there or who was prevented from resting by queues, then sit at home and cook food. Aska is a great hotel, but not a Rixos either. For his money he is worth it.
If you are planning to go on holiday, I recommend it. By the way, now you can buy fur and leather at a good discount. Photographers, by the way, work AGON!
