The pool under the sun loungers mold, in the pool that just does not swim. We bought diving glasses and regretted it, at the bottom from squeak to dead skin, and even so this bio-turbidity floats. Sunbeds need to be taken at 8.00 in the morning, because then there will be no free ones. Yes, there are broken tiles in the pool, and also by the pool, the children cut themselves more than once . . The water in the children's pool is very cold. The food is average, but again you need to be in the forefront in order to eat something normal, like shrimp . . For after 30 minutes there are no tasty treats and they will not be replenished. There are very few fruits - green nectarine and peach, unsweetened watermelon, incomprehensible plums, rotten cherries. More than once they laid out the missing sausage and ham, forced the servants to clean up, they cleaned up reluctantly. Dishes in the dining room are dirty with leftover food or whatever.
The rooms are normal, but the chairs were dirty, in some kind of stains. Lived in a family with a door. Cleaning is like in thai, then the towel will not be changed, then the bed, then they will give you a torn one. The minibar is replenished every other time. It contains only water and gas drinks, no wine, no beer. There were no fruits in the room.
It's not clear to me how this hotel is 5 * and UAII, obviously does not match.
