We chose this hotel because it was the most inexpensive one on the seashore with conflicting reviews (we did not find positive reviews for that kind of money).
For the first time at the settlement I paid 10 dollars. Because they themselves asked - if you want better.
Of the pluses - I liked the territory - not small. Right on the beach. Well-groomed. We saw a hedgehog. But even in the first in Turkey, someone bit (mosquitoes? ). They do not swarm in flocks, but there were individual bites.
The pool with music and water animation is separate from the "quiet" pool. At this pool you can sunbathe under the pine trees.
With numbers more cons. Of the pluses, only a large balcony. Very good audibility. They come in, they go out, they cry at night - you can hear everything. Bedding and towels worn out. And they haven't changed yet. They clean up very badly. Though you leave the bed, though not. Shampoo, gel, caps are not provided in the shower?

Meals are typical for 4 *. Fish every other day. Watermelons, oranges. Service is good.
The animation is not intrusive. There was a foam party (in the pool).
In general, if you remember that for that kind of money you don’t need to go to the beach across the road, then it’s normal. But if you can afford to pay extra, look for a higher price. )))
