Of the minuses of the room - the hotel is old and you can feel it in the rooms, the rooms are not large, there is carpet on the floor in the room, tiles in the shower. No baths, only showers. We lived in the building, which is closer to the main entrance, there is also a hairdresser in it, in general, in our opinion, this is the best building, because in the rest of the villas there is a spiral staircase to the upper floors and the effect of a well is created, which greatly affects the audibility, also in the rooms in the villas, the floor in the room is tiled, after a shower it is easy to slip. On the very first day, they offered to change the room for $ 20 to a room in the villa, I looked and refused, which I did not regret later. There is a problem with sockets in the building at the main entrance, there are practically none, if you want to charge your phone, you either have to turn off the TV, or you need to poke out the hair dryer, by the way, the hair dryers in three rooms did not work, those who worked were weak, so the hair dryer is better take with you. There is no mini-bar in the room, so you should not take food with you, especially since the food is excellent. This is where the cons end.
The food is always there and very tasty. Fresh and cooked vegetables, any meat - chicken, meat in various versions for lunch and dinner, often give fish. In the evening, pancakes are fried right in front of you, all kinds of yupi are made from drinks, good tea bags, coffee from a coffee machine, very decent, drinks are varied, but I won’t tell you in detail about it - I don’t drink, as well as cola, fanta, sprite and other harmful drinks in excess . In the snack bar you can eat very tasty pizza, as well as guzleme, vegetables, pasta, french fries. For lunch, delicious cookies and muffins. Special attention should be paid to sweets, a huge selection and insanely beautiful cakes, and pastries of various kinds, I don’t want to eat. Very tasty soups. Not enough fruit - apples, oranges, melon and all, but we must pay tribute to the very tasty and sweet. There are no queues in the dining room, you can always find a free table. The waiters are friendly and polite, the chef always goes into the hall and watches how and what people eat. You can also have lunch at the beach bar, they say it's not bad, but we didn't go, so I don't know what they give there.
The main contingent in the hotel, the Germans, did not strain. As in any German hotel, it is better to know English, but there will be no problems without it, you will be understood.

Beach. Walking for about 7 minutes to the junction, along a beautiful path, it didn’t bother us, there is a nice trailer with a tractor that carries those who need to go to the beach and back. The beach is super-sand, excellent entry into the sea, clean, if you yourself do not bury bulls in the sand and reach the urns, which are also in abundance. Mattresses, sunbeds - free of charge, it is forbidden to take towels from the rooms to the beach, they took their own. There are tents. Water activities on the territory of the Kamelia World beach, it is also not far away, the entertainment is varied.
The territory is huge. There is a pond in which ducks, geese swim, and there are also many chickens near the pond. A pool with two slides, they work properly at the right time, the pool is large, there are sun loungers around it, i. e. while the children are riding, parents can easily sunbathe and swim in the same pool, and the children who ride will not be on their heads after jumping from the hill. There are shops on the territory, but it is better to go out into the city if you need to buy something, it will be cheaper. There is also a large pool with animation, there were enough sunbeds by the pool for everyone, there is a very beautiful fountain on the territory, a lot of peacocks and a whole bunch of cats. We had one favorite black and white cat, with slanting eyes, his name was "Scythe! ", He constantly slept in the evenings in the lobby bar and was stroked by everyone and sundry, if you see, hello to him from us and pass the sausage. The area is very green, well-groomed, clean and beautiful.
Cleaning in the rooms - stable, high quality. Towels and linen are changed as stated 3 times a week, but if the towel is dirty, they can change it just like that. The maids are excellent, and the quality of their cleaning does not depend on the tip, they always made beautiful figures on the beds.
Animation - a great team of guys - Andriano (animation chief), Musti, Pascal, Max and DJ Murati, did excellent evening shows, laughed heartily (and in Turkey we are already the 12th time, probably), by the pool there are constant games in schwabring, darts, water aerobics, water polo, and it was the end of the season. The hotel has its own disco, but the guys also take 2 times a week to a disco club for $15. Animators at the hotel from 9 am to 00.30 daily, except Monday (day off) and constantly entertain vacationers. Those who did not need animation went to the sea.

Wi-fi - it is in the lobby bar, the signal is stable, you can sit both from your laptop and from your phone, if your phone allows it. In general, an excellent hotel for families and for young people if they come in a large group.
Outside the hotel, exit how to go to the beach, there are machines from which you can call home much cheaper, also right next to a store - cigarettes, beer, water, chewing gum, chips, etc. , if you go further towards Camellia, there are many clothing stores, souvenirs, sweets, gold and silver, and there are also; la-bar, where you can sit quietly, drink various delicious cocktails, they say pinocollad is especially tasty there, by the way, if you are suddenly left hungry, which is hard to imagine with an abundance All in all, you can also eat delicious food there.
If you need a party, then you can take a dolmush (minibus) to the nearest Kumkoy, there are many bars and discos. Excursions are a standard set, it’s better to take from street agencies, it’s much cheaper and don’t believe the guides that your insurance covers only trips with them - it’s a lie, your insurance equally protects you from an insured event that happened in Turkey, regardless of who you eat with, as a rule, standard insurance does not cover only sports injuries, heat strokes, and does not apply if you are in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication, keep this in mind.
And now about the tour operator. We went from Mostrevel, since I myself am related to a travel agency, I know this company as a large, reliable tour operator, so I did not expect such a number of jambs. The departure flight was rescheduled from 12:00 to 15:30 with a change in the airport from Vnukovo to Domodedovo, they warned in advance, unpleasant, but no question. Further, the departure was delayed for half an hour, the flight took 4.5 hours instead of the usual 3, apparently they flew around a thunderstorm front, it has nothing to do with the tour operator, but we were terribly tired during this flight, upon arrival we were met and put on the bus, went to the hotel. The accompanying guide refused to talk about the services provided by the hotels, referring to the fact that there are a lot of them (people in our bus went to 3! hotels), but for some reason she talked about excursions that Mostrevel no longer has, because they are over, to the question, and from whom you can buy, she answered 100 times "I don't know, Mostrevel doesn't have it. " From her, for the first time in my life, I heard that taking a hammam in a hotel is cheaper, through a tour operator’s guide - I laughed, people don’t get fooled, taking something without an intermediary is always cheaper, and bargaining in a hammam is always appropriate for all procedures, nothing about Turkey newcomers were also not told. So after 15 minutes of listening to unnecessary nonsense, we silently drove to the hotel. They settled us at the hotel, but they refused to feed us, offering to wait 1.5 hours until the night soup (the last time we ate in a hurry at 6 in the morning, before leaving, I had to give my lunch on the plane to the child, we arrived at the hotel at 21.30), guide was not around, I had to drink some water for 1.5 hours and wait. The meeting with the hotel guide was scheduled a day after arrival (not the next day as usual), it so happened that we didn’t get to it, we simply didn’t have time to return, since it was in the middle of the day. I didn’t worry much, because I know that the guide should be at the hotel every day and see you again, it turns out I was wrong. For all the rest of the guide, I never saw Mostrevel, TUI, or Turtez. I inquired about them from the guide Aneks (who was regularly on the spot), who told me that in Mostrevel all the guides quit and I might not wait for him at all, which, in general, happened, then I already began to tense up about the departure, and 2 days before this, I caught a guide when a group of Russians from Mostrevel was taken from the hotel. He proudly told me that, in general, he was a hotel guide, and that they would pick us up, that was the end of our communication and before our departure, I again did not see anyone from Mostrevel. True, they still took us, and thank God. This attitude of this particular tour operator left a significant residue, I did not expect from them.
