To everyone who is going to spend time in this hotel, I want to say right away that there are wolves at the reception: they don’t want to understand anything, a separate caste from all hotel employees. They work only with the Germans, and there are 80% of them. If someone is going to go rocking, this is not your option: 95% of vacationers are married couples with children, young and old. There are no drunk parties by the pool. After 00.00 - silence and tranquility. We were (me and two children: 8 and 12 years old, girls) in August of this (2014) year. We went to the sea at half past 8 in the morning. Later it was very hot: one day the temperature reached +52! I'm not lying, there is a photo. 4 private pools with slides compensate for 100%. The food is simply beyond praise: for every taste and at any time (we went on excursions, fed in other places. There is something to compare with. ) 6 times a day you can’t get enough! Special thanks to our guide at the hotel Aslan! A man of words and deeds. There were (for some reason? ) problems with withdrawing money on all cards (Visa, Maestro, Master Card). The man tried his best to help and helped! Special thanks to the whole company "Anex - tour" for competent work with clients! Fast, clear, professional! Well done!... Everyone doesn’t like building 13 - I don’t know: there is a shower, the air conditioner works properly, TV shows, linen is changed every three days (and if you give the maid $ 5, then earlier, and with soul). I want to note the attitude towards children: as to saints, as to relatives! The child will not be released outside the hotel without adult accompaniment. In general, there were only positive memories. Recomend for everybody!
