They promised a family room with three beds. As a result, they brought a broken cot for my daughter. Went down to reception and asked to do something. We found another room (already with a bed), but not cleaned. They offered to move things there, and they will remove it in 30 minutes while we are at sea. Four hours have passed. We came from the sea - the room is dirty, heaps of garbage, dirty linens and all that. We washed in the shower, went to dinner, returned, hoping to go to bed - nothing has changed - all the same srach. When I asked why we had to wait longer for an extra $100 than without a surcharge, the receptionist offered to return the money we paid and move us to another building. For the third time, we simply could not physically drag things - we went to sleep on armchairs in the lobby in the hope that in the meantime the room would still be removed.
