I stayed at this hotel with my 6 year old child. After reading very good reviews about this hotel, we took an early booking tour through Sunmar. All the documents were on hand, the mood was vacation.

We checked into the hotel at 22:30. In the restaurant we were fed according to a note from the reception. At first glance, everything was fine, just wonderful. The next day the surprises began. The room was not cleaned, it was not cleaned on the third day. After the complaint was removed at 19-00 and this is an hour after the complaint was received. Also, the room was not cleaned one more time at the end of the holiday. The room was disgusting. Personal items - child's pajamas. the shirt and soft toys were thrown into the corner of the sofa. The floor was not washed or swept every day, if at all. The carpets in the hallways are dirty and stained with drinks in places. Also on May 25 in the afternoon, water was turned off for 30 minutes and constant power outages and elevators began, floors in the hotel 8 from "-2 to 5" and rooms are located from "-1 to 5", i. e. on 7 floors.
