We arrived at the hotel late, around 11 am. Check in was quick and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Things were carried to the room, we were offered dinner. Despite the fact that the time for supper had long ended, we were served a varied table, offered wine, and for dessert - a sweet one.
The cuisine at the hotel is wonderful, there was a lot of different meat, fish, seafood, vegetables in all sorts of variations - both cold appetizers and hot (much of which is cooked in front of you). And the staff always advised something new and tasty. Children were very fond of breakfast omelet with filling (you order the filling option yourself) and pancakes with chocolate or some kind of jam from a dozen offered, they washed it all down with freshly squeezed orange juice. The choice of sweets was amazing: cakes with cream or souffle, or jelly, oriental sweets of all stripes, ice cream, fruits, etc. Alcohol is also varied, I drank mainly dry white wine, fellow travelers tried many different cocktails, strong alcoholic drinks.
During our stay, the hotel was filled to fifty percent, mostly Germans rested. But almost all the staff tried to communicate (at least greet) us in Russian. Children's animation worked in three languages: Turkish, German and Russian.
The rooms were cleaned every day, the minibar was also updated daily. We lived in a bungalow on the second floor, the balcony was buried in blooming bougainvillea, huge pines and palm trees grew around. The whole territory of the hotel is very green, despite the 40-degree heat, clean and well-groomed. Huge palm trees and olive trees grow along the paths, hibiscus and bougainvillea bloomed, lemons and persimmons ripened.
For children, the hotel has several playgrounds, almost all pools have slides - from very small to huge, but this is for older children, from eight years old.
The sea is clean, the beach is cleaned every day, there are a lot of sunbeds both in the area around the pools and on the beach. Beach towels were changed frequently.
Loved the archery and water aerobics. There were many other sports sections, but I didn’t get there.
Cons - I don't even know. The hotel guide is perhaps, but this is the problem of the travel agency (Coral Travel). But this is the only complaint against the tour operator, everything else went great. He came once, stamped vouchers, quickly told about the excursions, said that if we don’t decide within two hours, then nothing later, he won’t appear here again until the end of our vacation and there will be no connection with him. The tone of communication was also not particularly encouraging. But we didn’t really intend to go on an excursion - there weren’t enough days anyway, so it was a fleeting unpleasant moment.
Everyone was satisfied with the rest, I did not want to leave, I will go to this hotel again with pleasure.
