Заявлен на 5*, но по факту 3*-4* Claimed for 5 *, but in fact 3 * -4 *

We checked in on August 25.2021, arrived at the hotel at 9 am... check-in at 14:00, the room was cleaned 15 minutes before our arrival, apparently the staff was not very good, although check-out from the rooms at 12:00
But this did not upset us much. There are hotel rules. On the first day I was disappointed with the kitchen and utensils. I've never seen anything like this before. . . THE DISHES ARE ALL DIRTY!!! ! fat, all chipped is a nightmare. I went up to the manager and showed it personally, they promised to fix it. But alas, no one did anything. I can’t eat normally, of course, my mood is spoiled, for the whole vacation.
I can’t say anything about the kitchen, but I wasn’t impressed at all. The rooms are cleaned normally if you leave $1.
It's a pity that I wasted money and time on this inconvenience. I won't come back here again.
