Merhaba!
Returned on the 17th, hello everyone!

It's hard to add anything to the review. _le_bonbon_,

nevertheless, I will try to supplement this post with specifics in practical areas, well, and with a look from the parents of two 10-year-olds.

The hotel was chosen in the same way: on a whim, based on Internet reviews alone, which is very difficult - firstly, even having decided on the host country - Turkey, the spread across regions, cities, "stars" is huge, and secondly, half of the reviews for ANY hotels is made in the spirit of "nothing to eat, nothing to do" by people who are either narrow-minded or biased.
So, in fact, we pointed a finger at the sky - and hit the "bull's eye", because we VERY LOVED the rest, and here's why.

The flight went perfectly, UT-Air flight 9031, Boeing 757-200. We arrived early, not in time for departure (thanks to the conferences), so for 2 young travelers, the airport workers with apparent pleasure registered 2 seats by the windows in the first cabin.

Food and service on board is excellent. The stewards still have a lot of “green snake” (“Sprite”) in bottles of 1.5 liters, and they gave it to us whole, it came in handy.
We arrived in Antalya on time, quickly went through the formalities - I recommend taking 15 euros per person, there is absolutely no queue at the euro-window, while there are tails of 30-40 or more people at the "dollar" cash desk. Thanks to this, we left the aport within 35 minutes after landing. Dense haze outside, t approx. +26. In the courtyard, meeting with signs, our girl was quickly found, identified to the rack number 3. At the counter, they were assigned to bus number 212. Settled first in the large, comfortable, air-conditioned pool; there were 25 of us in total for 40 seats, including a Turkish driver and a Russian-speaking girl-guide named Aliya. We left only an hour later - they were waiting for those who took a long time to make out. Our hotel is the 4th on the list of 6, in the first we were in 10 minutes, at "myself" - in an hour.
Not bad at all, considering the 60 km distance to the airport and arrivals at hotels, where everything is very compact and the autoliner unfolds in 3 steps! On the way, Aliya introduced us to some of the features of holidays in Turkey, gave us the coordinates of Anex’s employees in hotels, amused us with mismatches in the meanings of Russian and Turkish words, showed us “outstanding” hotels, and so on.
Thus, we took off at 5:40, boarded in Antalya (everything in Moscow) at 8:45, boarded the bus at 9:30, left at 10:30, went to the hotel reception at 11:30.

Here we are at home. It was a little relieved from the heart - those 3 hotels that we stopped by on the way looked more expensive (specifically: Turan Prince, Dionisos, Club Golden Beach), but did NOT please with the details (there are pools somewhere near the road itself, immediately behind a wall a height of meter, with oleanders - children's slides, and somewhere a tractor leaves, dragging a cart with people to the beach - apparently, it's too far to walk). And here - quiet, spacious, cool, relaxed somehow.

Local time is 10:30, which means that the rooms of those leaving today have not yet been handed over and, even more so, have not been prepared by the maids for the resettlement of newcomers. On the information board of Annex’s at the “suitcase” there is a list of departing families from 5-6 families, a total of about 20 people. There are no employees of Anex’s yet. Oh, I think there will be no troubles with housing ...
Right now! But more on that later.
They immediately handed out bracelets in the lobby, orange ones for us, red ones for the children (if you don’t put them on tight so that they don’t fall off - and at the same time, you can take them off - the children will be able to bring you a light drink from the bar using them, which sometimes there is quite good; ). From the same moment, you can place your luggage in the suitcase and enjoy all the benefits of ALL-IN - swimming pool, bars, beach, restaurant, etc. Next to the information board "Anex" - information from the administration in 6 languages: breakfast 7:30-09:00, lunch 12:30-14:00, dinner 19:00-21:00, beach bar from 10:00 to 16:30. So we did - changed clothes and went to the sea. We returned by 12:00 (already changed to local time), because
we were promised that (perhaps) the resettlement would begin earlier, plus the beginning of dinner at half past one. At that moment, I was still (ha ha) counting on the registration of a travel agency manager in Moscow (like: “in connection with a family celebration and the presence of 2 children, if possible, provide a quiet room overlooking ... ”) 
In short, at that time the beige and orange uniform of the Anex Tour was not in the lobby, and we went for lunch. To say that we were pleased with the dinner = to say nothing. An island with salads and cheeses, an island with soups, a cupboard with bread and buns, a granite "freeway" with sauteed vegetables, pickles and sausages, and the same "freeway" with potatoes, pasta, fish and pastries, plus a third with sweets; separate stand - grill, stand +3 pizza ovens, stand for cooking in boiling oil, a bar with beer, wine and soda, juice saturators (and that's not all).
From that moment on, our skepticism towards negative reviews began to grow exponentially.

By the way, about these reviews: according to them, we heard about a stuffy restaurant, in which you still have to climb some amazingly uncomfortable stairs. We asked new acquaintances about this mysterious hall, hidden from the uninitiated, imagining a spiral staircase behind some kind of curtain...So, on the 2nd day, we finally realized that this is how people described the main restaurant - right in front of the food stalls 9 steps up the marble, semi-circular staircase with chrome railings lead to the main hall, where 10 minutes after the start of the meal, powerful column air conditioners are really turned off (protecting the visitors themselves from a cold).
In general, these reviews are in trouble!
I remember someone was offended to the core that in the pool area and on the beach they don’t pour glassware into glassware ...Honestly, I won’t stay in the same hotel with my compatriots if glassware is allowed on the beach or by the pool. Even at Bella San'e, "ours" managed to bypass all the obstacles and victoriously drank on sun loungers at night, as a result - the next morning, once or twice, I brought the staff to clean broken glass where children run barefoot ...

However, immediately after the first lunch, we were almost plunged into the very bottom of negative emotions: long before the obligatory meeting (at 5 p. m. ) with the representative of the Anex tour operator, Aliya, appointed as a guide on the bus, this very representative, a strong guy named Nariman, ran into us in the lobby and said literally the following:
-2 planes did not leave on time, you must! ! ! !
enter into my position and settle for that night with another family in a 2-room suite, the alternative is another hotel of the same owner. There are no other options, but then each family will have a standard with a free safe (usually $ 1.5 per day) and wine and fruit in the room once ...
No, I say, it won't work, I practically lose the night, and this is the 19th round, which is much more expensive than 12 bucks (the remaining days x $ 1.5 with fruits in addition). Besides, why exactly should I give up "my" number? It would be right to send to another hotel those who received from the tour operator (according to him, the operator, bungling) an extra day in Turkey as a gift! Who is already packed and ready to fly. By the way, then I repeatedly talked with neighbors, who also had their flight delayed - but it’s unrealistic to keep a room in the high season, i. e.

on the day of my arrival, our Nariman was either intimidated or interested ...The Russian-speaking receptionist also confirmed: representatives of the tour operator CAN offer you options (for THEIR convenience due to different “overlays”), but you HAVE THE FULL RIGHT to refuse them ...

Realizing that it was the administration that was resettling, and not the tour operator, who had just bought out a certain number of rooms and hotel services in bulk, I “sat down” on the shift supervisor named Nazimi (male), nevertheless “knocked out” the room and settled in by 2 pm . Room 2320.2 building, 3rd floor, room 20, I recommend it to everyone! ! Large, quiet, with a beautiful view of the inner territory of the hotel and further - to the rented apartments.
Here is a view of the hotel from space:
In terms of the territory, the territory is almost rhombic, in the "north" (C) building No. 2, then clockwise: No. 1 (B), No. 4 (S), No. 3 (W). "Bottom" and "right" building number 1 covers the building of the main restaurant and administration.
Both pools are clearly visible and to the left - the "chessboard" of the square in front of the stage. Everything is very clearly visible - draw your own conclusions.
In total, there are 24 standard rooms on each of the 4 floors of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th buildings, and they differ only in 2 parameters: a). if the facade that your balcony overlooks is jagged in plan, the number will be several times larger. sq. m. due to the triangular space of the room near the balcony, unlike the straight, even facade, where number A does not have this appendage,
and b). if the windows overlook the pool and the platform, and you are not a party people - put out the lights, you won’t fall asleep until morning ...The first building is completely apart, they will crucify me now - but I’ll still say that, in my opinion, there’s nothing to choose from - view either to a noisy pool, or to the steppe with a road ...
The silence of the remote building No. 3 is also a big question - the point is not in the location of the building, but in the location of the balcony (window) relative to the stage and the pool.

For example, our new friend lived on the 1st floor of building 3 overlooking the promenade and shops, but the noise made it very difficult for her to put her children to bed. And other residents of the 3rd building were disturbed by the queues for free cakes in the abu (inner courtyard), although everything was organized decorously and nobly ...In fairness, it must be said that the rooms from 3118 to 3424 are theoretically the quietest in the hotel, however, we have not been to them .
Or, say, the balconies of rooms No. 2101-2408 of building No. 2 seem to be “turned away” from noise, but the opposite facade of building No. 1 “returns” all sounds to them ...We met people who are very pleased with their vacation, but ...they go sleep home.
The daughter was friends with a Turkish woman of the same age, they rested with a whole clan in several. rooms of this very first floor 2 building. - they don’t care about noise, but it was convenient to enter through the balcony ...
By the way, you can have a quiet room and at the same time - a noisy air conditioner ...or neighbors ...
All this I mean, by definition, the ideal number does not exist, all people are different, and their songs are different, someone loves watermelon, someone loves pork cartilage ...Good luck to everyone in choosing “their” room for relaxation!

It remains for me to tell you about a few important things:
1. sea.
The sea there is very beautiful, very salty, very shallow and very deserted due to the “improvement” by man of the bottom and coastline. You can count on a raging mullet on the pier in the morning (really, an unforgettable sight - you throw a piece of bread into the water, and it, like butter in a hot frying pan, “melts”, carried by a school of fish back and forth) and crabs near the stones. Turtles have become a curiosity. I was bored of swimming in it myself, teaching children to swim in it (more precisely, switching from “saplings” and “dog-like” to crawl and breaststroke) was also inconvenient, at the same time, the overcrowding of umbrellas is large, and entertainment on the beach is quite expensive.
We moved to the pool and began to visit the sea only in the morning, before the hot sun, which began to burn us, pale-faced, with the opening of the beach bar at 10:00. So they were guided: the bar opened? We go in for a drink (beer, gin and tonic, tea-coffee, cola-fants, yuppies, mineral water) - and under the awning by the pool.

The exact details of the sun loungers (checked personally):
some people are seriously engaged in the sea, they take places in the "parterre" in the early morning (for example, while jogging), therefore, before breakfast at 7:00 you can count on the 3rd line from the sea, at 8:00 on the 5th-6th, by noon there is only "gallery" at the esplanade itself. Or someone (like us) will leave early and leave you a sunbed closer. If this is important to you, take your seats early in the morning. But (imho) - this is some kind of echo of the Krasnodar-Crimean trips of the times of general shortages: and here we are! After all, places in some 8th row closer to the far edge are just as good - the same air, sun and water.
It’s easier for someone to follow the children near the water - but it’s just the parents and children in the “parterre” once or twice, and I counted ...
2. swimming pool
There are several attached to the pool. adequate person, and therefore everything is OK. Clean as a tear, every day cleaning, a lot of sunbeds, on 3 sides of the awning, umbrellas. The sunbeds begin to be arranged at 24h, when the bar closes and the guests go to bed (either go to the disco or have fun outside). I saw with my own eyes how at 01:30 a part was already “marked” with towels with a characteristic ornament for Luzhniki ...Complete nonsense, because the battle goes from morning to evening and constantly collects these towels in a pile, from where the “occupiers of sun loungers” are forced help them out… The same story as with the sunbeds by the sea. At the same time, you can give the fight $ 1 per mattress, and he himself will release excellent (believe me, actually empty) sunbeds, supply you with mats (mattresses) and will protect them from encroachment.
Slides are great, only sometimes you have to remind the supervisor to turn them on in time - but more often they "jump" their time and work longer than the declared hour; "Frog" is also no complaints.
3. bars

There are only three of them: in the lobby, by the pool and by the sea, they work from 10:00 to 24:00 (by the sea until 16:30). Everywhere you will find beer, 4 types of juice restored from powder, 3 types of Fanta-Cola-Sprite soda (their analogues of local production), water. On the main territory, vodka, raki, gin are added. Paired with ice, tonic water, lime and lemon, the choice is impressive. As for the fact that the drinks are diluted - complete nonsense: I have seen how bartenders change the keg of beer to a full one, how they open plastic packaging of vodka or raki, how individual bottles of strong drinks begin and end. Side \u003d Pomegranate. Therefore, the wine from the barrel that they offer us is pomegranate, and it really sours.
But when we tried at the tasting from an uncorked bottle of pomegranate wine for $ 15 bottles right there with us. , made sure that it really is what it is - sour (not to be confused with dry).
I recommend “lion's milk” to everyone - crayfish with 2 ice cubes. The ice melts, the water turns the colorless anise white, resulting in an icy cloudy “screwdriver”…
4. excursions
One of the main incomes of the Narimans and others like them is excursions. For the steaming of this product (and not for your acquaintance with the operator company), there is a so-called. "organizational meeting" on the first or following day. %% of sales in favor of guides reach 35%! My advice - NEVER agree to buy excursions from them. Firstly, they are really much (sometimes 2 times) more expensive than on the street, but they are carried out by the same organizers (i. e. , here the colossi of the Anex type do not create a tourist product, but buy it from others).
Secondly, they have nothing to offer you: for shopping professionals, the offers of their partners are ridiculous (see above), and for everyone else, the excursion component is ridiculous.
T. n. A "sightseeing" tour for children is NOT designed at all. This is a trip to 3 "factories" (WHAT FACTORIES? ) - textiles, jewelry, leather - with small stops (for decency) in Side and Manavgat.
However, decide for yourself - one of our familiar family is very happy with yachting for the whole day, SW. le_bonbon_ is by no means satisfied, there are also neutral reviews. Paid entrance to the waterfall is from the category “so that the failure does not fall too much”, but I believe. An hour-long excursion on a Jetboat to Side - here it is definitely worth its $ 10, the speed of the vessel is 70 km / h, and swimming in the sea behind the buoys is a separate pleasure. By the way, they also saw a turtle there, big, with a tray in size. They say you're very lucky.
5. cleaning of rooms and bathroom

This is the main bogey of the dissatisfied inhabitants of the hotel.
I cried with disappointment - the "hole in the floor" turned out to be an ordinary, covered with a stainless steel casing, a plastic ladder Ф100mm. I imagined a “Genoa bowl” sunk into the floor, like at the railway station in Khatsepetovka! By the way, my parents really had this in Baghdad, in a 5-room apartment in a prestigious area, where they spent 1986 and part of 87 from MIG! What can you do - such is the local mentality ...But it's convenient to get out: listen, people! No need to bring curtains, no need to carry an unnecessary towel for rags - it’s better to grab a small silicone scraper for car windows (50 rubles). And you will be happy: 1). shower under pressure washed everything around the pan, 2). with pressure he drove the water to the ladder in the floor, 3). I scraped off the excess with a scraper until dry. However, I was satisfied even without a scraper - the first 2 technological operations give a dry floor in the remainder in an hour ...
Pay attention to the nipple in the rim of the toilet bowl, a separate hose with a water pressure regulator is connected to it - this is the embryo of a bidet, very convenient ...
They pick up well. If you want a truly exclusive relationship, bring an extra block of Marlboro. A pack there costs from $ 4, and the miners of each will be glad not like children ...It got to the point that when I left, I hung a sign "don't destroy" so as not to look for a camera charger in a tidy room again ...
There was always warm water in the taps! Although I heard how a lady from the 1st building called the child to wash, they say, then we will wash with cold ...
6. animators
One of the main assets of this hotel (and I'm not kidding) is the Animators. With a capital letter. These people guard your leisure from 8 am until late at night - God forbid, you will get bored. There are 10 of them: 2 Russian girls, Zalina and Olesya, 1 Polish woman named Renata, the rest are Turkish students aged 22 or a little older.

Hussein, Sonics, Mert, Furkan, DJ Apollo, Burat - this is something! Smiling, lean, big-nosed, black-tanned Mediterranean pirates! All actions are conducted in 3 languages. Children run to them from the other end of the territory. Aerobics, aqua aerobics, competitions by the pool, jokes, funny dressing up for lunch and dinner, evening competitions on the stage, humorous (sometimes very smutty) numbers for an adult show, discos after 24h - all this is their diocese. And also - a mini-club behind our 2nd building, where from 10:00 to 11:45 and from 14:30 to 16:30 the girls take care of our children. At 20:15 cartoons, then a mini disco for children aged 3-7 in 5-6 songs, then a break - and an adult show. Our guys just didn't leave them. Especially the daughter.
By the way, the hotel administration understands this and does not skimp on animation: in the stage, dressing rooms, DJ's kennel assembled in general from improvised material, there are air conditioners, mirrors, costumes at the level, good lighting and equipment, props.

Such are the things.
Few!
8th "there", 17th "back" ...not enough ...
We were just happy to have a rest in Club Bella Sun!
I formulated for myself this way: this hotel is a machine for rest, m. b. , not too new and prestigious, but fully worth your investment and providing more than meets the eye.
Personally, I put 5 in all respects and “vote with a ruble”, that is, having visited once, I am ready to go there again.
