I didn't check the details of the hotel. The tour was purchased two days before departure. I looked only at the general tone of the reviews, it seems nothing like that - positive. The girls from TUI praised, they say, superfood, and the action is now, the price of the tour is chocolate. Well, don't know, don't know, chocolate, it didn't seem to me. In general, I am a young lady, to put it mildly ...fisted. But I'm still a spender compared to my husband : )). I can say right away that this tour turned out to be the most expensive in the history of our package trips, and, in fact, Samoturov ones. I know that many will twist at the temple, they say, they are behind the times, prices are rising and, in general, whatever you want for three kopecks. That's how it is, prices are rising, and salaries are not very good. But, to be honest, there was no feeling of overpayment. Apparently, we once again caught the right balance between the cost paid and the result obtained.

In fact, TUI Blue Tropical 5 * is not so super-duper.

Probably, there is not enough gloss and even the same mini-bar in the room to the point of being superb. And here again, a reference to the price suggests itself)). I am not an expert in determining stardom, but when looking through hotel reviews on popular sites, it was indicated by 4 stars. Actually, this fact does not change my attitude, on the contrary, albeit 4 *, but very good. I was pleased with the hotel, I liked it, and in the antique format it is very worthy (I focus solely on reviews in the new era about other hotels). So let's call it super, without duper : ))

We arrived at the hotel in the evening. Here is a small note about TUI: in general, there have never been any claims against this company. But now there was a small jamb. At the airport, two persons waited for an hour on the bus, as it turned out, who did not arrive at all. I don’t know what happened, who was supposed to pass the information to whom. But we were very sorry for this lost hour.
It's funny that there were acquaintances of these girls on the bus, and they were aware of the whole non-arrival situation, and they were also indignant about who we were all waiting for)).

At the reception they quickly checked in (they just scanned their passports, like at the airport), filled out the questionnaires about contacting or not contacting in Russian and sent to enjoy the benefits of hotel life. The rooms were ready.

About the number.
Rooms after renovation, like even this year. Yes, there is novelty, there is something, shall we say, superimposed on the old. Clean, tidy, thoughtful, beautiful and with interesting solutions. Such little things as a coaster for a child in the bathroom are pleasant. It is no longer relevant for us, but for kids the thing is very necessary. Additional stools on the balcony were also not superfluous.
The berth for children confused me a little, but, surprisingly, they just liked it very much.
In order to avoid any friction, my cubs agreed to sleep in turns on the upper and lower places. In general, they always do everything in situations of choice “in turn”, so that “everything is fair”.
Everything in the bathroom worked and functioned. There was a generous supply of toilet paper, probably for a month or two. Soap&shower gel&shampoo in dispenser.
Tea consumables, cups with stirring sticks were regularly replenished.
Every day they brought a 1.5 liter bottle of water. Well, there are no problems with water at all in the hotel. Somewhere freely available bottles of 0.5, somewhere to ask the bartender ...

In general, the layout and equipment of the room is successful and comfortable. And imagine, if without children, that is, together, as originally envisaged. Well this is not a standard, but a suite is obtained.

No matter how good the room, but we asked him to change. It is on the ground floor with access to the main pool. And this is not the worst.
There are a lot of switches in the room, you need to enter a special instruction on how to use them or sign something. In general, who pressed what, where and what, but another sub-ceiling light deprived dad once of a good sleep, which is strange. Usually, neither for the process of falling asleep, and even more so, for the very sacrament of our dad's heroic dream, there are no barriers or obstacles. Be that as it may, one night the husband arranged a search for the very switch responsible for the irritating radiance. Oh, it's good that the children splashed so much that their father's maneuvers didn't wake them up : )). Through a dream, I heard how my husband later explained to me where he still found this one ....such and such a toggle switch and something else about the features of operation, but I didn’t remember, so I won’t tell you either.

Since we are in the room, then about cleaning.
It seems like they cleaned, of course, not so zealously when the general was at home, but I judge this solely by our daughter's hair, tangled in the corners in the bathroom, well, not clubs, not clubs : )), so, solitary copies . The garbage was taken out, the change of bed linen was not tracked, there were no problems with towels. Once they left the children in the room, they themselves went to the village. They put up a sign so they don't disturb. At this moment, when the sign was hung up, the maid ran nearby. In general, I asked to get out right now. We told her, they say, tomorrow, and ran away. In the afternoon, when we were already on the beach, she, after all, did not leave our room without cleaning.


We lived in the so-called main building, building C. It was quiet, calm, there were no particularly loud noise effects outside the door. Whether the carpet contributed to this or just the small number of guests in the hotel. Whether we had neighbors, I don't even know. They were definitely below, they smoked at night.
Looking at the plan, it seems that everything is easy and simple in moving between the buildings and the reception, for example. Easy, of course, but not immediately. As in any large building, you have to work out the algorithm for hitting one or another point. Or are we such fools, each of us at least once got lost in these transitions : )).

By the way, about the lobby and reception. A very pleasant place to sit. The design, as they say, is simple, but tasteful. Everything is fresh and shiny new.
There were Russian-speaking employees both at the reception and in the Guest Relations department, and both English-speaking and Russian-speaking were male. Well, that's just me, as a rule, girls work in these structures, that's why I paid attention. They answered questions, pointed out the right path, they didn’t forget about her husband’s birthday. A small sweet present was placed in the room. In the a la carte restaurant, the table was decorated, courted in every possible way.

About food and drink.
I will continue about "a la carte".
During the week you can visit three free restaurants: Italian, Asian and "Tavern" - the interior design is reminiscent of Greece, the cuisine is more Turkish. Recording in infomats next to the Guest Relation table. In Italian and Azat you choose dishes, in the "Tavern" there is a standard menu. And for children, the menu is the same everywhere: cutlets, pizza, dessert. We tried to experiment when recording, to recruit the number of adults, for example, “3”. You can’t deceive, by the room number it gives out everything as expected, in accordance with the registration)).
In general, I liked everything. But, probably, Italian cuisine is closer, so I liked it more there. I don’t remember the names of the dishes, so it’s just a photo sequence in the album

In the tavern, as an appetizer, there were the most masterpiece king prawns in garlic sauce, serving 6 pieces.

My husband asked for more, but not like I want more, but, they say, such amazing and beautiful shrimp, bravo to the chef ...tra-la-la ...but is it possible to continue enjoying another portion ...And they brought more. And on the next visit to this restaurant, they also served an additional bowl of shrimp at the request of workers in the eating field. The funny thing is, they also brought the third one : )), but here, apparently, the waiters were already confused, they did not coordinate the actions. Don't give up : )
To the question: “And if we live for more than a week, can we still visit some restaurants? ” Guest Relation employee answered: “No problem” and we went to torment the infomat. In total, out of nine dinners at the hotel, we spent five in a la carte.
No, and the main restaurant was very nice and tasty. Just a huge number of seats both indoors and on the terrace.
No queues - nowhere and never!
No, not queues, just the concentration of souls per unit area is already greater, the tables are somehow denser.
There is no great variety in food, but everything is cooked with high quality and tasty. Or rather, not so: there is a lot of different food, it's just a lot of it every day : )). Breakfast is difficult to change. Although, one Sunday we were spoiled a little: red fish in avocado, gourmet egg sandwich, champagne again : ). But that was only once. And so, standard eggs in all manifestations, cheeses, buns, yogurts, cereals, breakfast cereals, jam, honey ...
There were no problems for lunch and dinner with meat dishes (no, not minced meat, but meat). There are necessarily two types of fish (mackerel, sorry, mackerel, sea bass, haddock, some kind of small red mullet, it was also signed “flounder”, but this is not it). Pasta, sometimes even nothing, rolls and ...a lot of things, which, to be honest, we have not tried.
Rich fruity breakdown. We leaned more on melon and peaches.
True, the latter sometimes came across not entirely successful, apparently it depends on the party.
Desserts were not impressive. A couple of times my husband brought us a pie with my daughter, but this is more like some kind of mockery of us, well, there was no place left for them : )). But they were delicious, dad can choose, he doesn’t go for flowers.
Drinks during the meal and the waiters bring, and you can take it yourself.

The waiters are fast. There are many of them, it seems that even more than guests. The dishes on the table do not accumulate, do not have time. Oh, sometimes the zeal of the waiters was tiring. As soon as I put the last piece in my mouth, they run up to you with the question: “Finish? ". Naturally, you mumble something with a full mouth or ...you don’t have time, the plate goes out from under your nose, you are left with the instruments in your hands, but without a plate : ))

About alcohol content.
In our (in the sense of an adult) priority was the sparkling wine that supported the mental attitude on a positive note, shammpik in our opinion.
The husband made attempts to try a strong one - it didn’t work, rubbish. The beer also did not please, except perhaps to quench my thirst after a long languishing in the sun, to drink a glass in one gulp, and that's it. And so to sip with pleasure - nope. Sweet fizzy and juice drinks are of course available. Some bartenders ask about "ice", more often they don't. Children are already learned in this regard, they immediately ask without “ice”.
The bartenders are friendly, pour generously, not like from their own reserves. My husband and I often sat in the lobby or the Chilluot bar (they only serve champagne there), then the bartenders remembered us. Seeing us, a sweet couple, they clarified on the way: “Sparkling wine? ".
Chilloot bar is a pretty place. During the day it works more like a beach one (there is no bar on the beach itself), there is also a Snack bar. So during the day, drinks are poured into paper cups. And in the evening, as a meeting and recreational institution, drinks are served in glass.
The volleyball net on the beach was stretched, but there were no volleyball players in sight.

About the beach.
The beach is neither good nor bad, just a beach. I do not like sand, especially such loose and sticky. But nature will not ask my opinion, and anyone else's opinion: )).
At the entrance to the water - a strip of pebbles, slippers are needed for especially sensitive ones.

By the middle of the day, as a rule, a rather strong wind rose. By the afternoon, waves were running up, which may not be comfortable for swimming, but for pampering it is a sweet thing. Once a wind of some kind with a subverted blew out, raised the sand and, as it were, deliberately threw it at you. It was then that it was really terribly unpleasant and even painful for the skin. So, in general, the daily routine was built like this: in the morning - the sea, in the afternoon - the expanses of the basin, in the evening - ride the waves.
No matter how many times they came, there was always a sunbed.

About the territory.
The territory is wonderful! Very beautiful, well-groomed.
Without any special designer show off, it is simple in design, but at the same time, with some aristocracy. Oh yes, lawns and lawns - that's what gives majesty to the landscape. You can walk on them, you can sunbathe on them.
Wide and spacious. There is shade and nooks and crannies. The most surprising thing was that the gardeners were completely invisible. At night, they were doing their own gardening and park management, but the farm is not small. Once only a sweeper made noise on the paths.

Wi-Fi was everywhere, except that it disappeared on the beach closer to the water. It is difficult to judge the quality, the work did not work, but there was enough for correspondence in messengers. It was convenient to find each other on the territory.

What else, what else… Ah, about the SPA.
There are, did not use the services. Once I wandered into the sauna for an inspection, so to speak. Good! Hot and dry, everything is as it should be.
Actually, I love all these bathing events, but at that time the weather was so hot that there was no desire for additional melting of fats. But my men went almost every day. And after each of their visits to the SPA, the number of beach towels for some reason increased, they argued that it was not on purpose. By the time we left, we had 6 on hand! towels and 3! cards.
Beach towels on cards are received, rented and exchanged at the SPA. Indeed, they don’t really keep track of the number of changed towels, and they can also give cards, as I once did. I somehow refused special stages, and my men always act according to the principle: if they give you, you have to take it : )). Some sleepy employees there.


There is a gym and an indoor pool. There were no visitors there either. The daughter and her husband plopped down to sample the water. The pool, like a pool, does not seem to smell of bleach, the water temperature is like in the street.
According to our thermometer, 25 degrees.

In general, the weather was wonderful. All the days not a cloud in the sky, even the lightest one. Only on the final day did a light veil appear. The air temperature in the shade is 28-30 degrees, the water in the sea is 24-26, depending on the time of day, possibly wind and currents.
Had a wonderful time. Soaked in the sea and the sun from the heart. Maybe this wonderfulness was felt especially strongly against the background of universal restrictions. But the TUI Blue Tropical 5 * hotel, or rather, the management and staff, made every effort, and this is felt in everything, to our comfortable and safe stay.
All anti-plague measures were observed: masks in public places, sanitizers on every corner and on every table, temperature measurement - well, there is more of a formal approach, cleanliness all around, a large number of staff and, most importantly, the hotel was not packed to capacity.
I don't know how useful my "treatise" will be next season. I would like to believe that the hotel will not lower the bar in relation to its guests, and will remain the same pleasant and worthy place for a lazy holiday.
