We rested at the hotel from 05.06 11 days. To begin with, I will say that it is very easy to get from the new airport in Izmir - we spent no more than 40 minutes on the transfer. We were traveling as a family, two adults and a toddler. The first impression is that the hotel is very well maintained. Beautiful paths, trees, all greenery. In general, by the way, the zones on the territory of the hotel are very well distributed, 5 pools (2 for children, 2 for adults, 1 for slides), 3 water slides, 4 bars, a large and cozy dining room, 4 buildings (two for 4 floors and 2 floors ), a playground, a separate authentic restaurant (for a fee), 2 food outlets with fast food and tortillas. The staff does not speak Russian at all. The spa is quite expensive - the hammam is free, but for 30 minutes of massage you will pay at least 30 euros. 98% of rooms with sea view. We had a "superior room", we were settled very quickly - in 7 minutes, the bags were taken, settled in the main building. The room is spacious, comfortable, 1 double and 1 single bed. White towels and linen. Our cleaner was a nice young girl, but she constantly forgot to put something in - either soap, or water, or paper, or towels, you had to come up and ask, but she did not understand Russian and English. She cleaned cleanly, but not very diligently. If you hang "do not disturb", then you can stay for a day without cleaning the room at all. I met at the firm "Anex" - the guides on the transfers were excellent, but the hotel let us down. I came alone to the meeting, as it was scheduled at lunchtime, and my husband was putting the baby to bed in the room. The guide was extremely dissatisfied with the absence of the whole family, which he did not hesitate to express very emotionally. But he spoke so sensibly, and answered all questions. For an excursion to Ephesus and Pamukalle, he charged as much as $ 185 per family. But we walked a little further down the street behind the water park to the taxi rank and found an excellent travel agency that took us to Pamukalla for $ 60 for the whole family on a good transfer with a Russian-speaking guide and a very polite driver. In terms of nutrition - there is no children as such, for adults everything is very good. There is always meat, lots of chicken and turkey. If they cook in front of you (grill, pancakes, tortillas, scrambled eggs) - you will have to stand in line for a bit, but it is usually very tasty. Fruits, sweets, vegetables - everything is also in abundance. The beer is delicious, the rest of the alcohol is not bad. Something like yuppies and water in the public domain, tea, soda, Pepsi - on the bar. The sea is 2 minutes walk from our building. The beach is narrow, the stones were not cleaned, only debris. Beach towels are free, but for a $10 deposit. At the end of the holiday, the battle for sunbeds began, it was necessary to occupy until 8 in the morning both at sea and near the pool. Nearby there are two free beaches, where you can take 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for $ 0.7, but we did not need it. There are swings and hammocks, a sandy beach on the very territory of the hotel. Through all the beaches there is a pedestrian road, it is fenced in the hotel. The animation is not bad, but we were not interested in it. An excellent hookah bar with soulful live Turkish music at the very end of the hotel (for a fee), two stages in the hotel itself, performances by musicians 2-3 times a week, a disco, competitions almost every day. An excellent pedestrian trading rod right at the exit of the hotel, something like our Euroopt opposite the entrance. WiFi in public areas. We liked. We advise.
