Therefore, I will try in hot pursuit to characterize the hotel.
We rested in the Yaly Club from 27.05 to 10.06 with a group of 4 people - two adults, two children - 12 years old and 1.3 years old.
1. Territory. Large, well-groomed, one feels that everything is built with soul. The vegetation is typical Turkish - palm trees, pine and spruce plants, some rose bushes. One indoor pool with warm water 28-37 degrees, families with children are very fond of, so there noisy. Three open ones - one near the main restaurant, one with water slides, one quiet near the mini-club (there, by the way, the water is warmer than in the others). The pools are clean, laid out, without floating leaves and other debris, as happened in some hotels.
2. Sea.
The beach is its own, sandy, clean, there were enough sun loungers. The entrance to the sea is pebbly, you won’t get through without special shoes, so it’s better to swim from the pier, there is sand, the water is crystal clear. The depth from the pier is 130-140 cm, closer to the buoys deep.
3. Food. You will not be left hungry. Breakfast, of course, is not very diverse - scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bread with eggs, at first they were afraid that we would crow, but then they got involved). By the way, I'm used to the fact that in other hotels omelettes are made in front of you from what you want. There is no such thing here - everything is already ready. Lunch and dinner are varied, the meat is delicious, especially in the kebab restaurant by the beach, where everything is cooked on fire.
Those traveling with small children, I warn you that there is no children's menu, at least there wasn't when we were there. Our omnivorous child at home refused to eat tomato and asparagus soup.
It is very important that if you or your children need some special food, you can contact the kitchen administrator and ask to cook for you individually. They meet with joy, especially if you kindly ask, and do not express harshly in the form of a claim.
My husband loves whiskey and rum on vacation, which are usually the sea in all inclusive hotels. We were not lucky - only vodka was strong.
4. Accommodation. On a tour, we took a standard room, because the family room cost $ 600 more. We were prepared that in hotels you can pay $ 100 extra and change the room. At first we were settled in a standard room in the main building, very small, we didn’t sleep the first night, because it was crowded and stuffy. The next day we asked for a family room with a surcharge. The cost of the supplement is at least 10 euros / day, a little more than expected. We were moved without any problems to a two-room family room in the main building, but in another wing. The rooms are small, but cozy and very clean. The child slept like at home.
In general, the hotel is unusually clean, they clean it well, the room towels are changed on demand, they are vacuumed, the dust is wiped daily, and the dirt is not smeared, as is the case in some hotels in Turkey and Egypt . .
But according to the unspoken rules, it is customary to leave a $1 tip on the bed.
The bar in the room is paid. They bring 2 small bottles of water every day for free and there will be a bottle of wine on the table upon arrival. It is also free, but only one.
4. Entertainment. We arrived at the beginning of the season, there were few people, so not much worked at all, there was only one restaurant and a couple of bars. On the third day, we found billiards, table football and mini-golf in the building near the mini-club. Billiard balls are given on a deposit of 10 euros - the money is returned when you bring the balls back. There are two tennis courts and one football field. Ammunition is taken from the animators.
The animation is mostly in French, when our vacation ended, Russian-speaking animators appeared, including in the kids club. In this hotel, 80% of French people are in general, there are Germans, Russians are represented as Belarusians. So be prepared to speak English or better French which all the staff speaks perfectly.
In general, the animators are trying, just some kind of heavy people. For you, and water aerobics, and bocha, and volleyball... In the evening, a children's disco and show.
A separate theme is the water park. Big enough, and when the "payers" come, it's crowded. Big and scary slides (I'm scared to death of all this), people around are happy as children, my husband and daughter did not get out of there for four days. Then they became more indifferent, at the end of the rest it was impossible to drive). By the way, they also feed them there - light snacks, hamburgers, tea and coffee and unusual donuts in syrup! There are pools with slides for children.
6. Where to go. With a small child, especially on excursions, you run into her, but shopping is sacred.
It is 35-40 km to Kusadasi and Izmir, so tune in that a taxi will cost at least $ 45-50. But, having agreed, for this money you will not only be taken there, but they will also wait as long as you want and bring you back. Osman or Pascal (he has two names). Unfortunately, we lost his business card . . We went with him to both Kusadasi and Izmir, took another family with children, climbed there for 5-6 hours. in advance, he goes to meet. In addition, he will tell you and bring you to good places for shopping. The Outlet store is especially beneficial.
Not far from the hotel there is a small company Lebedos tour. From there you can go on excursions (in French), and from there on Tuesdays and Saturdays they take you to Izmir to the market. It costs 7 euros per person, children are half price. They are waiting for you there for 3.5 hours and bring home. The market is huge, we didn’t have enough time, so then we went there again with Pascal. There are very good prices for children's clothes on the market - for 2-3 dollars we bought T-shirts, bodysuits, summer suits. It is better to buy shorts, pants, warm clothes in Waikiki - this store is also on the market.
Near the hotel there are shops, everything is expensive and exclusively in euros. Nearby there is a hookah bar, where for 7 euros you will get a super hookah! lokum, then do not take it in boxes, it is better on the market by weight, maybe in boxes of 200 grams, there is more cardboard than lokum.
There is a village of Gumuldur 3 km from the hotel, we went there on foot. There are few interesting things there, shops, cafes, but for the sake of interest it is worth visiting.
By the way, in Gumuldur we bought medicines at the pharmacy, which are 2 times cheaper than ours, they were brought to us directly to the hotel
But the most important advantage of the hotel is its willingness to solve your problems, especially if you are ready to solve them yourself, and not walk around with a disgruntled face all your vacation, embarrassed to express your claims.
Hope to be helpful!
The rooms are initially clean, but then they clean up badly, on weekends no one cleans at all and does not change towels. Bed linen was not changed at all. You won’t find such food even in a tech-star hotel, I felt sick already on the third day. Thanks, at least there were fruits.
And in principle, for what you can go to this hotel - it's a free visit to the water park on weekdays. It is difficult to enter the sea without getting hurt by the stones. I think it is more reasonable to spend money on vacation than on vacation in this hotel.
