Service: noticeably worse than in 2018 (for example, there are empty trays in a restaurant, and restaurant workers stand next to them and scratch their tongues, or when an incomprehensible liquid (almost water) pours instead of juice and you tell him that the juice is over, and he answers “so what”, and there were many such moments). Most of all, the attitude towards guests was outraged - they are simply not appreciated now (everyone, from the receptionist to the hotel manager, also spoke to him): "you don't like something here - don't come. " Agree, when in the service sector they respond in such a way to reasonable requests / comments - this says a lot.
Internet: if earlier (exactly at this time of the year, a year ago) it was even possible to work, now you can’t talk on WhatsApp.
