Just returned from this hotel. When choosing, I was attracted by a small price, and at the same time good reviews. And they wanted to visit this Aegean part of Turkey. Therefore, this option was regarded as preferable.

To be honest, the hotel is disgusting. But I'll start in order. We arrived late and were at the hotel at 10pm. The poor entrance to the reception, and we are used to the fact that when entering the hotel we immediately find ourselves in a comfortable room, we felt that we were in some kind of disgusting eatery with gloomy dim lighting, dirt all around, old and dirty furniture. None of the staff understands Russian (or pretends not to understand). The room was given a standard in the far building on the 4th floor, located on the street. When we went there, we immediately felt a disgusting basement smell of sewerage. Broken door with an incomprehensibly working lock, they gave only one key. Now it has been many, many years since the keys in hotels have managed to change everything to magnetic cards.

But not in this hotel unfortunately. They apparently save on lighting, so all the bulbs are very dim. And at the same time, only bedside ones, there is no overhead lighting at all. Cheap repairs 30 years ago, old furniture, dirty gray sheets and towels, very, very broken plumbing, which now only exists in old houses, and we even saw cockroaches there in abundance. And the dirt is all around: an unwashed old sink with beach sand, the floor is covered in dirty stains, the dead shower stall has been unwashed since installation. Walking barefoot on a dirty floor is disgusting and impossible. Air conditioning without remote. True, then we still found it. But they were still flowers. As it turned out, right outside the window there is a very noisy bar with songs and dances, in which until one in the morning every day there are such noisy parties that it is impossible to close your eyes until they are over.

The staff there is amazing: coming home the next day, we saw that our door was not locked.
It was the cleaners who came in and left it open. We were shocked. We went to look for them, but for all our attempts to explain it even through a Russian-Turkish translator, they saw only head shaking and misunderstanding. We went to the reception with the same one, explained everything through an interpreter and received an answer that they would pass it on. But the next day the situation repeated itself. We decided that there was no need to tidy up and come to us anymore. They wrote a note in Turkish and hung it on the door so that they would not clean it up. For 2 days everything was like that, but on the third day they again came to the open door. And even despite our note. Or is it that they all do it on purpose, or are they just mentally retarded? Luckily, nothing got lost. This is where we are lucky.

I can't say anything bad about the food amid all this. More or less suitable for 4 stars.

There is a choice of hot: both chicken and fish, and a sea of vegetables, several types of olives, a large selection of delicious sliced cheeses and everything that should be in an ordinary hotel. Eggs, scrambled eggs and pancakes are fried in the morning. The choice of dishes is large. I lacked only milk-cottage cheese, kefir and sour cream. Porridge was in the morning once. Fruits are only apples, oranges and always watermelons. A couple of times there were melons, delicious. And this is in the season when all the streets are littered with stalls with strawberries, cherries and apricots. We bought ourselves every day. Beer is quite good. Wine could drink only red - sour, dry, but not nasty. White and pink looked disgusting. The coffee is terrible. There is no bottled water in the rooms. They themselves poured water into their bottle in the restaurant and carried it to the room. For lunch, dinner sat on the street part of the restaurant by the pool.
We felt that cleaning there is either not done or is done extremely rarely: under the table at dinner you can see an overturned plate with scattered breakfast food.

The water on the beach was cold, 20-22 degrees, and dirty. The entry into the water is gentle, shallow, a mixture of sand and pebbles, no slippers are needed. The beach is in the bay, yachts constantly pass there and stand near the shore, so the water is opaque and unclean. Go to the beach 300 meters down the street. The bar on the beach is only paid and has nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel has 2 bars near 2 pools. Wine is poured in half a glass. For our taste, both wine and beer diluted. Give 2 glasses in one hand. All dishes are unwashed.

Animation was a couple of times in our time. Young guys with Turkish dances, and a karaoke evening. For children, children's animation was also these days.

Now about the positive: I liked the location, there is where to walk.
We went to Marmaris several times, there is a beautiful promenade, a lot of shops and a lot of interesting things. Salvation was a sea excursion to the turtle island for the whole day. There they bathed in turquoise-clear, clean and warm water.

If we go to Marmaris again, but not a foot in this hotel.
