We waited about an hour until the manager Anzhelika came out, who, to the question - “where is the beach” and “is there a sign that this is our beach” (they are present on all other beaches), answered - “there is no sign, because the Ukrainian a tourist stole it as a souvenir, ” how do you like that? Let's start from the very beginning. When we arrived at the Turunc dream hotel, no one even thought to go to the reception, only the driver led the group to the reception and that was it. Moving on, friends from Ivano-Frankivsk were supposed to check in at 14.00, but they were settled for 3 days in another hotel (even worse), because the tourists continued their stay at the hotel. And here we return to the fact that we were refused to extend (for an additional fee of $ 25) our stay in the room, due to the fact that they were waiting for the arrival of new guests. Double standards.
Move on. It's not all inclusive, it's full pension, if you can call it that.
For breakfast, you will remain hungry, because there is a “buffet” according to the schedule, there is not even an omelette, which comes in all hotels by default. Number. First floor, the balcony does not close. Seriously? To complaints, the same Angelica said that no one steals anything, but this is a so-so argument, the room should be closed on all sides, period. That's not all, the door broke and we just couldn't get into it in the evening, we were asked if our balcony was open and we entered the room through it all evening. Question - how did we have to climb into the room, if the room was on the second floor, climbing? Just awesome service.
And in addition, on the last day of your stay in the “hotel”, no one will pour you even a beer, arguing that your last day does not count, this is so that you do not get rowdy on the plane and you should generally kiss your heels for being fed after 12. It's just a shock.
I also want to add that Ukrainophobia and rudeness towards Ukrainian tourists is simply an integral part of this hotel. Very nice and friendly hotel, 2 minutes walk from the sea. Near the channel, with fish and crabs) The nature of Turkey is beyond praise.
So:
We were settled immediately after the plane, having previously sent everyone to breakfast. We lived on the 4th floor, in a room with a mountain view. The only negatives of this room are the stink in the bathroom and the soundproofing. This was not the case in other rooms (we asked). But for us it was not a significant minus. Cleaning was every day. Beach towels were not changed at first, since we were in lockdown, and almost nothing worked. Then they began to change.
The room has 1 large bed, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer.
The water was always hot, maybe just warm a couple of times.
There is simply no soundproofing. We heard every word of the neighbors : ) learned a lot of new things, without even knowing it : D
There is no lift in the hotel.
Nutrition:
You won't go hungry here. Breakfasts are standard: boiled eggs, pancakes, vegetables, cheese, sausages, breakfast cereals, yogurt, jams and more.
Lunch: grilled fish (twice, all the time), pasta, vegetables, olives, greens, various salads, nuggets, potatoes, watermelon / melon, orange, sweets.
Dinner: grilled chicken (was 1 time), liver with vegetables, potatoes, rice, chicken with potatoes, zucchini, meatballs, etc.
Drinks: tea, coffee (whichever button you press in the coffee machine, it tastes the same).
Bar: gin-based cocktails, white and red wine, beer (not very much like diluted with water), fanta, sprite, cola, mineral water, and the first days were packaged juices.
In short, we were never hungry. The food was good enough for my money.
Special thanks to the chef, very sincere and kind uncle. Thank you guys bartenders and waiters too. Very pleasant and smiling people. They worked every day without days off. Thanks to them, there was a wonderful atmosphere.

The hotel attracts with its color, a lot of flowers! In the evenings, red lanterns are lit from the road to the hotel! That's why we nicknamed it as a joke: "Red Light District"! ! ! ??????? ? The air is clean, mountain and sea! So, who wants to take a break from the hustle and bustle and the eternal holiday - you are here! ??????????? ?

The hotel was chosen because of the positive feedback from the tour operator a month before the planned vacation date. The hotel is very small. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and in good condition. In the room: hair dryer, tiny refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, hot water; the lighting system and sockets are thought out; there is a balcony.

The hotel is very small. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and in good condition. In the room: hair dryer, tiny refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, hot water; the lighting system and sockets are thought out; there is a balcony.
The territory of the hotel is also tiny, the pool is one and resembles a children's pool in size, if not for a depth of 1.5 meters. Never bathed in it.
We ate on the terrace, in the fresh air overlooking the artificial canal with sea water, where the fish swam and was prepared for us on "fish days". We also count this as a plus.
The food is ordinary, no frills. You won't be hungry. For myself, I also noted such a moment: the cook ate what he had prepared for vacationers.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the "private beach", which everyone who wants to go to. Almost all the sunbeds are occupied, but after dinner it was possible to take a sunbed even on the first line.
Due to the fact that the Marina (pier) is nearby, the water, the closer to the evening, the more garbage it brought to the shore.
We swam on a variety of excursions. Feel free to take directly on the Marina from the locals - we liked it and no one "kidonul".
You can also go to Marmaris by water taxi for 20 Turkish liras.
In general, the place itself is very colorful, calm and worth going there for this. If you are planning a holiday by the pool with foam parties, animation and discos - you are not here.

In shock, we returned to the reception and said that we would not spend the night there, to which the receptionist grinned and said: "You have no choice, " and refused to help us. I immediately called the travel agency where I purchased the tour, they explained to me that this is a clear violation - DOUBLE RESALE OF ROOMS, so we can record a complaint at the central office of the operator PEGAS TOURISTIK in Antalya. Having phoned the main office, they also received a refusal to help, even with our offer to pay extra for another hotel with normal service. In order not to stay on the street, they were forced to spend the night in a terrible room above the bar at the other end of the village.
